The office is an old bank. Each doctor apparently has their own "teller". Signs are posted as to which "teller" takes care of which doctor, however, it's a mute point as I was directed to a different "teller" that was not assigned to the doctor.
Waiting room, very odd arrangement. I felt like I was in a cattle pen. You are really just a number (or a dollar).
Many different staff milling about but not enough to walk an 87 y/o woman on a walker to the handicap door. Several ON THEIR PHONES.
Loaded her in the car and had to go back in bc they had taken her glasses but didn't give them back to her. Fortunately, she realized that before we left.
On a better note, the procedure she had seems to be working.
