Family Vision Center - Weirton WV

I noticed the other reviews, and I can't speak for all of the doctors at this practice, but individually I have never been able to speak more highly of a doctor than with Dr. Kutcher. The only doctor I've ever followed to another state instead of finding a new one when they moved! From his Personality, to his skills, to his level of commitment and care to his patients, he is overall the most amazing doctor!

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Davis and the staff!! They have always been very professional, caring and super pleasant to me and my family. Dr. Davis took time to ease my apprehension about upcomung eye procedure. Just brought my 9 yr old grandson for his 1st appointment and everyone was fantastic with him! He's on the spectrum and he loved his 1st experience with an eye exam because the staff and Dr. Davis made every part of the exam fun and engaging. LOVE this establishment!!!!

Because of the negative reviews of this business I was a bit hesitant to go here. BUT, they were the only in network eye care provider for my insurance so I decided to simply stop in today to see how they treated me. I HAVE TO SAY WHAT A POSTIVE EXPERIENCE! The staff were kind and very nice to me. They had an opening today and fit me into the schedule. I saw Dr. Davis who was extremely polite and displayed a high level of expertise. I suffer from Sjogrens syndrome which not very many people have let alone know about. The eye doctor not only knew about it he wrote his thesis on it. He was very helpful to me as this disease makes my eyes very dry. He gave me a great deal of useful information. Additionally I am in a unique situation with my residence situation and the office staff was very helpful and kind concerning the issues there. In conclusion Do not allow any negative review to keep you from coming here for your eye care. I highly recommend visiting Family Vision Center for you eye care and seeing Dr. Davis, ~ Betty Lawrence

They couldn't even get a simple order right and then they wanted to overcharge me after they didn't put the anti-glare on my glasses . There is no customer satisfaction there. Poorly run, the only reason I tried them out is because my parents needed glasses and they live over there. They don't know what they're doing. My insurance would've covered everything. But now it won't because I lost my insurance. I hate giving them one star

Love Dr. Davis and staff! Everyone has been very nice and accommodating. No complaints!

People are rude there, don't know anything about the insurance or want to hear it even when you have the insurance company on the phone while standing there. Dr was also a rude old woman. Took my prescription to get my glasses somewhere else

I called and asked a question about being a new patient and lady was snippy and rude. Would not recommend.

The doctors are nice and knowledgeable but some of the ladies working there literally just yell at you.
