First time patient and I am so glad I scheduled here. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone I interacted with was pleasant, happy and welcoming. The doctor and her assistant were the best and explained everything to me including breaking down the price with my insurance to help me understand. I will definitely continue coming here and plan to bring my kids in as well. Thank you!

First off, the receptionist was pleasant and polite. The office building was clean and tidy. She then pointed me to the ladies frames while I was waiting to go back for my exam. I was lead back to the pre-test room by a lovely woman. When we were finished, she then escorted me to the exam room and set me up for Dr. D'Angelo to perform the exam. It was quick, painless, and professional. I was directed to the gentleman who works out costs based on insurance coverage, cost of frames, and lenses. I had found a pair that was exactly what I was looking for, and to my luck, they were on the sales rack! We worked it all out and the cost was so reasonable. I had a wonderful day because of this office. Highly recommend and I will be seeing them for my next exam.

Bought two pair of the same glasses. My lenses crazed with many hairline cracks at 11 months. They were purchased with a 1 year warranty on the lenses and a 2 year warranty on the frames. I went to have the lenses replaced and was told that they no longer offered warranty on the lenses even though I was given one in Sept of 2023. This premiere VSP provider is sub par at best and would not honor the warranty. The lenses on the second pair not worn have also cracked. What is the point of a Premiere eye care if none of the warranties are honored. If they changed their policy, the warranty given to me should have still been honored. The 2 year warranty on the frame is also no good if they discontinue the frame. So if the frame breaks at 6 months and the frame is discontinued you are UP THE CREEK WITHOUT A PADDLE, $600+ DOWN THE DRAIN!

WONDERFUL experience here, from start to finish Everyone was professional, patient, personable, and knowledgeable during my appointment! Dr. Jamie D'Angelo, through clear, thorough explanations, did a stellar job in expertly diagnosing my eye issue then giving me effective eye drops in-office as well as recommending various other helpful eye drops and eye ointments, which I've purchased in stores locally or purchased conveniently via Amazon. Definitely will be getting glasses here in the future from their appealing array of frames. Another positive is the Vision Center's conveniently close proximity to diminutive yet bustling New Cumberland, West Virginia / WV of Appalachia Highly recommend

Best vision office ever. Every Single Person in this office is so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I had a lovely time getting my eye exam. They not only cared about my eyes and vision, but cared about me as a human being. Dr. Barnabei assuaged my fears and took the time to explain my astigmatism to me, in a way that no one had ever taken the time to do so. It felt like a relief and a weight lifted from my shoulders just to have her tell me that it's just something that happens and it's not my fault. You can tell she not only has a love for people and her job, but also this town of Weirton. It's really something special to see and experience. The office itself is really great, decorated nicely and has a big TV in the reception area. But they were so quick that I didn't even get to sit down before someone called me back. That never happened at the last place I went to. The woman at the end helping me with picking out my glasses was fantastic. It felt like having a personal shopper. You could tell she really had a passion for her job. I actually had fun choosing glasses for the first time ever. She would tell me what looked good on me, and what made it look like I had no eyebrows. Her taste was impeccable and she was a joy. I will be back here again in the future, and highly recommend this office to everyone.

Dr. Barnabei is very professional and worked dilagently to make sure my glasses prescription was perfect. This was my first visit but I knew when I was finished that I had found my new eye doctor and also my new optician for picking out new frames. The optician was a great help chosing what will look best on me.

Dr. Jagela is amazing. Patient, kind, and an expert in his field, would definitely recommend this practice, everyone is very customer friendly!! ( Make sure to request Dr. Jagela though!)
