This place is a joke. They don't care how long you have to sit and wait. Maybe you shouldn't schedule soo many people and not have enough staff. It is ridiculous to sit somewhere for 2 to 3 hours or more when you supposedly have an appointment. If someone was 10 minutes late to get here they wouldn't hesitate to cancel your appointment. I guess this Dr doesn't think his patients time is as valuable as his. Plus the parking situation is a bigger nightmare than the wait times. If you have another option TAKE IT.

Very nice qualified people to work with. My exam was over two hours because they seem to be over booked. However the Wheeling 1021 National Road location is poor at best! It is down over the hill, behind a small strip mall, on a rough road with limited parking.

I receive wonderful care at AIO. Even though I had unexpected problems that would have prevented me from keeping yesterday's appointment, the staff worked with me and arranged for me to be seen 3 hours early.
Dr. Moore is professional and always helps me. Never rushed and answers all concerns.
The staff is pleasant and, most of the time, nice to work with.
I never have extended wait times.
It's a great relief knowing this medical practice has a large group of doctors to assist if necessary.

My husband is the patient. The care is excellent. My only comment would be about the parking at the facility. The lot is on a steep hill and fills up fast. When we were there yesterday, we had to park in an upper lot and walk down a long flight of steps. We were ok doing that but it would be very difficult for a lot of your patients. I

Amazing staff and with an amazing Doctor. The wait can be a little longer then you may like but trust me when I say this place is definitely worth your time. They did wonders with my wife which had complications due to 30 years of diabetes who was once completely blind in her left eye to now seeing perfect all because of there excellent work of the doctors and the staff. Thanks AIO from both of us.
