The staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in process was fantastic, including the user experience of the check-in app I used at the counter. The doctor was knowledgeable and very personable. I had never had an eye exam before - EVER - and I was guided through everything. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on or what to do. Wonderful staff! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

I have always had good customer service at this location. I have been going here for 3 years. Dr. Meier is great at explaining everything and is very nice. I have also done the extra imaging at the last 2 appointments and I find it so cool/weird to be able to see inside my own eye. This was the first time actually getting glasses and I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable my new glasses were (I do have eye insurance so that helped). Kate helped me try on a few styles but I was really drawn to a pair in thensame brand but different style to my current glasses. I didn't need a ton of help but having her reassure me that my new bigger glasses didn't make me look like an old lady was super nice. Now I just have to try and be patient for the 5-7 business days to get my awesome new glasses. So excited!

She spent extra time needed to get me where i needed to be, and was extremely patient with me. I rank this with five stars only because there are not more to give, and i recommend this service completely.

As always, Dr. Frie was super friendly and showed a lot of care towards the health of our eyes. She was able to inform us of our eye scan results and made good adjustments to our prescriptions so we can always see better. Thank you Dr. Frie and staff! You all are the best vision team!

The contact prescription is spot on and the fit is more comfortable than I ever thought possible. I'm expecting my safety and designer lenses to follow suit. I got all of my questions answered, and nobody gave me an impression that I was annoying them for doing so. Also, nobody pushed me to buy this product or that option. It was like here are our options that are applicable to your needs, here are the features of each, which one would you like? Did I mention friendly and down-to-Earth?
