I always have an amazing experience going into Visionary Eyecare. The entire staff is very welcoming and warm and always willing to help you. There is a reason they keep winning Best Customer Service several years in a row through Volume One!!! I see Dr. Meyer for my routine care and she is very thorough and professional. The entire staff and doctors are top notch!

We've had nothing short of amazing customer care at visionary eyecare in Altoona wi. The doctors are incredibly through and caring... when buying glasses the sales associates are always honest and never try to "up sell" outside what I can afford. All in all... from checking in to glasses fittings... visionary is 2nd to none with customer service and true concern if something isn't right. If your frame "feels weird" they'll adjust the frame to make it fit better... if the prescription is "off", they'll make it right... Can't recommend this business highly enough

Dr. Laura was amazing! I've just moved back to the area and needed to find an eye doctor. She was very thorough, and understanding to any concerns that I may have had. I would highly recommend her, and the other staff were very helpful as well. The gal who helped me after my appointment (her initials on my receipt were MH) was awesome, and very professional. I will definitely continue going to this eye clinic.

There's a reason Visionary Eyecare has a five-star rating across 500+ Google reviews. After my appointment today, I get it. Everything at Visionary Eyecare is top tier. From the moment you arrive, the staff is friendly, highly competent, and keeps the whole process smooth and easy to follow. I worked with Dr. Meyer, and she was excellent. She was thorough, detailed, and took the time to explain what she was doing, why she was doing it, and what she was looking for. One more thing worth calling out is their technology. They use advanced imaging that can eliminate the need for dilation, so you can skip the blurry vision and the dark sunglasses afterward. The exam was quick, and the technology actually provided more detail than my past dilated exams. In fact, Dr. Meyer found a freckle on my eye that no one had caught before, simply because the imaging is that good. I can't recommend Visionary Eyecare enough. Outstanding experience from start to finish.

The team at Visionary Eye Care is so friendly and helpful! I needed to get some sunglasses adjusted to better fit my face and they did it happily, quickly, and free of charge! Their space is so bright and happy and it makes eye appointments much more pleasant.

My care here at Visionary was wonderful. From the moment I walked in, until I left. They were able to fit me on the schedule after lunch, even as a new patient. Dr. Frie was very kind and answered all my questions. And got me into the best fitting contacts. Exceptional place, all the girls were were very sweet and kind. Highly recommend.

Top-notch experience at Visionary Eye Care. Dr. Frie and the entire staff were absolutely amazing--everyone was over-the-top nice, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Kara was especially wonderful and went above and beyond helping me pick out and choose glasses. From check-in to check-out, I felt well cared for and comfortable. I was incredibly impressed with the entire staff at Visionary Eye Care. I posed a question before my appointment regarding my eyes and bungee jumping. The entire team took time out to investigate my question prior to my appointment and went above and beyond to run extra tests during it. Dr. Frie answered all my questions, was extremely thorough, and made me feel so much better about any potential issues due to my prescription. The team is beyond helpful and treat their customers with care and kindness. If you are on the hunt for an amazing eye care team, look no further.
