Very disappointed with the repairs done to my glasses. I lost a nose pad on my glasses. The pad was replaced with a different type which kept coming off to the point where I lost another. Went back again to get a replacement. They replaced it with the same thing. I asked if I could get the same pad that the glasses came with. I was told that the only replacement pads that they had was the crappie ones and if I wanted the good ones they would have to send them in. That is ridiculous. They should be able to have different kinds of pads. I'm not going to return to this clinic!

Terrible experience. Was told by receptionist and insurance rep that pediatrics are accepted. Discovered this was not true. Bryce was not friendly with children nor spoke about what actions he was going to take next. I'm sure it was a scary experience for my young child.

Call them in July to find out how long of warranty on my glass lens was. Paid big money for them with 2 year protection. They looked it up said till 10/15/2020. They called me on 10/8/2020 to remind me of this. (Very nice). I take off work on 10/12/2020 to bring them in. Hour later i get a call. Warranty expired about a month ago sorry. I will never go hear again and you should never use this place either. Gabby in office has no clue and does not care. They have called back and stated they made a big mistake in the office. They sent in my glass and put in new lens in at no cost. Got them in the mail today. Thank you for doing the correct thing.
