Dr. Satterlund and his staff helped our family out when my 9 yo grandson was visiting from CO and broke his glasses. Very professional, quaint and caring office. Thank you!!

Had a small piece of rust become lodged into my eye while working on my truck. I tried the usual home remedies and couldn't get it to budge from where it was in my eye no matter what. It was late so I went to bed and when I woke up it was still irritated and not moving from its spot. I suspected that meant it wedged it's way into my cornea since I couldn't move the debris. I called this place up, explained the situation, and they said to come down right away and they'd get me in ASAP. The office was clean and inviting, front desk staff were friendly, and the doctor was also very friendly. He was able to get the rust out of my eye and then use some special tools to get rid of the "rust ring" it left behind. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing to try and keep me comfortable during the procedure. I didn't have insurance, but the exam and removal of the debris wasn't unreasonably priced given the specialty tools and knowledge needed. They did their best to keep it affordable for me and so I can try to avoid a follow up visit as long as my eye heals up without issue. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and fast service! Had I waited another day or more he told me it would've likely become worse and then would've been more expensive. I will absolutely come back for any future eye needs with their extreme care and professionalism. I truly felt as though I was treated with respect and genuine care/concern for the safety of my eyes rather than being seen as someone they could try and just make a quick dollar from. It was immediate relief when he fixed my eye (some of that was the numbing agent but still).

Dr. Satterlund has been our family's eye doctor for many years, taking care of four generations and counting. He's the only doctor I trust and treats you like family. It's like going to see your uncle or brother for care. He's caring, compassionate, friendly, and professional all at the same time. Wonderful doctor.

I have only ever taken my family to Dr Satterlund- I have seen him since I was about 10 years old and so naturally that is where my family goes. He is so kind and caring- remembers the smallest details about not only each one of us but also family members. He is great with the kids- they enjoy going there. Always a pleasant experience. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Dr. Satterlund & his staff are simply amazing! I live an hour from Amery but happily make the drive to receive their exceptional care. Everyone is so welcoming & kind; they truly make you feel like family!

I'm fairly new to the area. I've been to this clinic 3 times. And twice I was sent away because they did not have my appointment on the books. They will get one more chance and then I will go elsewhere
