Eye Clinic of Wisconsin

The staff were very friendly. They were on time with my appt. There was not a long wait between the dilation and the check up like there is in Rhinelander. My appt in Rhldr is over an hour and Antigo, 40 minutes!!! That's quite a bit of difference, and appreciated! This was a new provider for me and she was wonderful. I will be utilizing the Antigo clinic going forward.

My experience at Eye clinic of Wisconsin was very comforting. I felt the staff were very knowledgeable . I learned about an issue I have with my eyes that has never been explained to me or brought up in all the years I have worn glasses. I highly recommend them.

From the minute I walked in the building, I was treated quickly and professionally. The staff kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone went above and beyond. My expectations were exceeded and Dr. Jen was fantastic. There's no where else I would go. Thanks Again

The lackluster performance at the front desk was par for the course in Antigo. I was especially impressed with Abby, the medical assistant. She was very professional, thoughtful, attentive, and smart; an absolutely lovely person. Dr. D'Acquisto has been my "Five Star" primary optometrist for several years now. She is bright, readily answer my questions, has a great sense of humor...just awesomely personable.

I try to visit annually for a routine eye exam and have never had any complaints. Contacts are my main and preferred method for vision. I recently was in to order a year supply of contacts(not super cheap) and i thought it had went well. I paid for them and all of my questions were answered. We agreed that it would be best for me to have them sent to the clinic and i would be contacted to pick them up upon their arrival to avoid them being outside longer than necessary as it had been extremely cold. After nearly a month of stretching my lenses and no communication i went in to check if they had received them and maybe i had missed a message that they had arrived. Come to find out, the lady in the optical department had taken my payment and had never actually ordered my contacts, how does that even happen? To say i'm thoroughly unimpressed would be an understatement.

Everyone ever involved in my care at Antigo's Wausau Eye Clinic over the years has been knowledgeable, professional, kind, and friendly. We are fortunate to have them here in Antigo. Thank you all!
