Pearle Vision

The glasses we bought from this store (less than a year and a half ago and paid over $600) developed a strange defect in the lens - not a scratch or crack - a clouding area that kept growing. It is clearly a manufacturer defect. This store would not take responsibility to work with us to correct the problem. They insisted we get a new exam and prescription (it was expired) and pay for new lenses. Where is the manufacturer's responsibility? The manager never called us to discuss options - even though we were told she would call us. Bad business practices at this store. Beware.

We will never be giving them our business again. My husband ordered contacts from them on 11/5 and we received only one side. For two weeks they told us they didn't know where the other two boxes of the other eye were and that they couldn't track them. Finally on 12/9 they called him and told him that they would be in on Wednesday and I went to pick them up and they were not there yet again because the doctor forgot to bring them. We weren't in town so his mom picked them up the next day when they were actually in however, they were two more boxes of the side we already received. So now he has 4 boxes of his left eye prescription and none of his right. His eyes are different prescriptions so this is frustrating. We are so fed up with them. We want a refund.

From the time u come in till the time u leave everyone greets you with a friendly smile and is ready to help you, great place to go for eye care!

Dr. Jeremy was wonderful with my two toddler boys! He was very patient with them and talked them through every little thing, no matter the question they had. In the end of visit he was very informative and didn't leave me with any questions unanswered. Highly recommended

The office itself and ladies in the office are helpful and friendly. Eye Dr Jeremy Goetsch was belittling to my 10 year old. We came in for his 1st eye exam because of frequent headaches and trouble seeing the board at school. The eye Dr ended the eye exam by calling my son a liar and telling him to leave the office. Zero bedside manner and flat out mean, loud, and rude. I feel awful that I brought my child here and don't know who to speak with about this eye Dr's actions. Very awful. Do not see this eye Dr

The optometrist was excellent on both of my visits. There sales staff are not very friendly or helpful. Felt as if I was an interruption to their day, prices are competative. I will be back fir exams only.

Great staff! Friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Dr. Jeremy is fantastic, and he explained very clearly about my elevated intro cular pressures. I appreciate their use of state of the art equipment to be able to take pictures of my retina without having to dilate my pupils. He can then use the picture to spend much more time looking at the features of the retina to look for disease processes. Great selection of frames! Love this office!

This is the best eye clinic that I have ever been to, everyone that works there is super friendly and super helpful. I am extremely thankful to Dr Jeremy and everyone that works there last year they found that I had a very rare eye disease and they helped me to take the necessary steps to correct it. I am beyond grateful to everyone there, I would definitely recommend Pearle Vision to anyone!
