One of the best eye exams I've ever had. I made my appointment online and was there on time. I had virtually no waiting time to get seen. The exam was performed in two phases. The optometrist was very professional and thorough, explained everything in detail, and asked the question, "is there anything else you want to ask me about?" Perfect.

I find my exams with doctor while are very complete competent and comprehensive in nature. The personnel are extremely helpful and considerate of your needs. However, when it comes to scheduling eye exams, do not count on seeing the Doctor on time. Of the last 6 times I've seen the doctor in the last 40 days due to cataract surgery 3 occasions.I had to wait anywhere thirty to sixty minutes after my schedule appointment time to see her. Time is a commodity.I cannot create or buy. There are.
Consequences for being late from picking up children from daycare.I get charged. if you get to court late there are consequences.
I do not fault the doctor because she needs to spend as much time as she needs with the individual. And I call that quality care. The software lenscrafter uses for scheduling is poor so bear in mind.When you schedule an eye appointment, you may wait yourself.Maybe an hour or longer just be aware.

I love you can schedule appointments on Saturdays and Sundays. The staff there were great! Very knowledgeable with how I can use my insurance. Never had a remote visit before, and the guy who did the initial tests was very nice and good at his job. Dr. got my prescription perfect! Looking forward to going back!
