I was frustrated with two other offices, one which misdiagnosed me with glaucoma for several years and the other one which took 6 months to take my eye concern more seriously beyond just using warm compresses. I commuted for 35 minutes at the recommendation of a friend who has had significant eye issues, and I'm so glad I did! The exam was so thorough, and the treatment plan made sense. The staff, both office and technician, were courteous and I was very impressed with the optometrist, Dr. Brianne Scanlon. She took the time to explain everything clearly, she was courteous and very knowledgeable.

I am 62 years old and have been a lifelong type 1 diabetic. I had a lasik procedure done about ten years ago. I was told to follow up with Dr Ryan Tetting. As any type 1 diabetic knows an annual eye checkup is extremely important. Since my follow-up visit with doctor Tetting, he has been my soul provider for my eye care. I trust his knowledge of the potential complication's from diabetes, and he has always explained everything in great detail. And truly wants what's best for his patients. It is a blessing our paths crossed as I'm very confident I'm in good hands for my diabetic eye care.

What a journey!!! I was worried about having Cataract Surgery. It was easier than knee surgery or a colonoscopy! The entire staff was friendly and thorough. After the first eye I felt as if my eye was "reborn." I could see colors and details that I have not seen since I was a teen! There is a frustrating part in the middle waiting for the second eye but well worth the wait. I am so thankful for Dr Vrabec and the amazing work he does. It really takes a team effort and I would like to recognize everyone on that amazing team; Dr Jensen, Dr Melchert, Dr Rodriguez and ALL of the fantastic staff.

I love my ophthalmologist Dr Rodriguez but I am frustrated that I can no longer get eye testing on Fridays. I now have to use paid time off to get eye testing done due to a lack of technician availability. Also, Kris at the desk could use a little coaching on the check in process to help a smooth check in
