I arrived early and they were able to get me in. During the entire visit everyone was incredibly polite and nice. Thur went above and beyond to ensure I was well treated and informed. Dr. Smith was incredible obviously excellent in his specialty. I left fully informed and with a complete set of options and treatment alternatives. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Valley Eye ( on Northland Ave) for many years. I was a bit apprehensive this year because, Dr. Thompson, my favorite doctor retired. I was introduced to Dr. Dylan Foss and found him very good and personable.. .He listened to me and my concerns. I would highly recommend him. I did like that they did some pretesting a few days earlier for me so the doctor had plenty of time to review the results so he could give me the result and answer my questions.

They are extremely professional and careful throughout the entire EVO ICL process. Everyone is very kind, attentive, and explains everything in a simple and clear way. Highly recommended!

Everybody at the office was very nice and friendly. I went to see the doctor and he approved my surgery within a week and I went to go get everything done before the surgery, my preop and everything and then all of a sudden and found out that The insurance doctor to approve it. My surgery was supposed to be on September 25th and when I went to get my pictures taken on the Monday, 22 September they sent it in to the insurance and the insurance stock never gotten in touch with them. The surgery team was excellent. They were trying to get The surgery approved by calling constantly and the night before the surgery they have not heard from the insurance doctor so it had to be canceled and then to find out the morning of the surgery. He approved it so it was the insurance Doctor Who took its time the doctor was very nice. Made me feel comfortable. I was ready to get it done and I think his In surgery center to try and fight to get it on that day of September 25, but I had to reschedule Now I will have it on December 30 Thank you Valley Eye Center for all you've done to help me

Everyone at the clinic was very welcoming. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. Dr. Smith answered all my questions and I truly fill comfortable with him being my Dr. They have everything set up for my surgery and I feel like I have a good support system with the clinic.

My appointment went smoothly. Checked in a little early but was able to go to a room right away so that eye drops could be put in ahead of time. Dr. Kluck is always friendly and thorough.

Valley Eye Associates offers outstanding care. Dr. Makal is attentive and genuinely cares about his patients, and the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I always feel well cared for here and highly recommend them.

I do not suggest this place. I waited in the lobby for 25 minutes, when i inquired i was brought back to a room with an attitude. Waited 15 more minutes without any communication. No sign of Dr Smith. I decided to leave. On my way out I let the front desk know I was leaving. No apologies, nothing but an "ok, we will let him know". UPDATE: I called the number to discuss this matter and was placed on hold for four minutes to be told the site manager, Allysa(sp?) was calling a patient back and will return my call at an unknown time. More waiting.....
