I was referred to Fox Cities Eye Clinic and Eyewear Specialists by a coworker a couple of years ago and can see why she highly recommended them (pun intended). Both of my experiences with them have been great! Sue and Brianna have each been patient with helping me find a frame that I like and have offered their honest opinions. They have been extremely diligent when placing my orders and make sure that I know what I am paying and what my insurance is going to cover beforehand. They even took the time to call my insurance company and verify items of coverage while I was still there. On top of a dedicated service, my glasses and contacts both arrived in less than a week. I couldn't ask for better service!

I have gone to Fox Cities Eye Clinic and Eyewear Specialists for many years.They are the best! On my last visit, Kayla worked with me to pick out new frames. After listening to me tell her what I was looking for she picked out several pair for me to try on. She gave me her honest opinion and I was able to find exactly what I wanted! Kayla was very professional and a lot of fun to work with!!! I was also lucky enough to be able to get a "fun" pair of glasses and a "cool" pair of sunglasses with Kayla's help!! They also offer free adjustments and cleanings anytime. I am definitely going to continue to go there!! I LOVE all my new glasses! Thanks, Kayla!

During a pandemic, getting the perfect pair of glasses can be a trying time. Michael did an excellent job helping me pick out just the right kind. I felt very safe as everything was sanitized. Michael's knowledge of not only the frames and lenses, but also about my own vision insurance was extremely professional and made the process of buy new glasses so easy. I just ordered my first pair of glasses from this store. What a great experience. All questions were answered. I didn't feel rushed. She made sure I was happy and understood everything. When it came time to pay the bill the insurance was acting up. She happily called the insurance company and got my bill worked out.

I sadly neglected to get the name of the gentleman who helped me choose new frames. He asked what my style was, then pulled three frames out that he thought I'd like. The first pair I tried on were perfect for me...funky, fun and stylish. They truly are experts here!
