I came in for an eye exam and Jamayla was very helpful in finding my insurance when the card wasn't pulling it up. She made the whole process very easy and welcoming. She is super easy to talk to and friendly. Also, much lower cost than my previous location!

First time coming to this location and the whole experience was amazing! Not only was the staff friendly but the atmosphere was very inviting! Dr. Richard Toellner is an amazing optometrist! Very friendly and kind! Would 100% recommend going here for your next eye appointment!

Came in for an eye exam and to purchase new frames. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable of their jobs. Dr Toellner was fantastic and made the exam very comfortable and easy to understand. Highly recommend!

I went to Shopko Optical for 2 years, and unfortunately my experience was very frustrating. On my first visit, they set me up with a virtual exam I did not want, and the prescription came out completely wrong. Because of that, I ended up with the wrong glasses. They had to redo my exam, ordered new glass and ctill voild not see, when and they adjust my progressives (which were not measured correctly the first time), and reorder lenses. They were still not right. Found out they ordered the wrong typenof lenses so again reordered...Even then, I caught in the email that they had reordered the same wrong lenses again--if I hadn't noticed, I would've ended up with another incorrect pair. Thankfully, the eye doctor at that time was excellent, and one staff member (who I don't think works there anymore) was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, most of the front desk staff ranged from dismissive to outright rude. During my second year, they messed up my husband's glasses and billed insurance as if he had gotten a second pair, which ended up preventing him from getting new glasses on time this year. This year, I scheduled my appointment months in advance. After multiple confirmations, I was told just 2 days before my appointment that we couldn't be seen until a day later due to insurance rules. By then, it was too late to reschedule before our vacation, which was extremely inconvenient. While I really liked the eye doctor, the repeated mistakes, insurance issues, and poor customer service at the front desk mean I won't be going back.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The telehealth appointment was a new experience, but good. Marilyn A. was spectacular, patient, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to help me out.

Marilyn was very helpful this morning. She helped me to find the perfect frames. I'm incredibly happy with my new glasses and can't wait for them to arrive. Marilyn was kind and patient and has great insight.

Great place. Friendly Dr. Helpful and very nice employees. Love this place, never a bad situation.
