I had a fantastic experience at Target Optical! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The team was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was perfect. Any time a small issue came up, they addressed it immediately and made it right without hesitation. The manager, Amro, is absolutely amazing to work with. He goes above and beyond to ensure customers are taken care of and leaves you feeling confident and valued. It's clear he truly cares about both his team and his customers. I highly recommend Target Optical if you're looking for great service, attention to detail, and a team that stands behind their work. I'll definitely be coming back!

I purchased my Burbank Ray-Ban sunglasses at Target Optical in Appleton, and I couldn't be happier. I've been searching for this style for a long time, so finally finding them here was a win. The optician was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely courteous. LaToya made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend this location if you want expertise without the pressure.

I went to Target Optical on the last day of the year, yes, New Years Eve...nothing like waiting until the last moment! Ugh! Two people sat in the chair with the worker and each needed two pair of glasses. The woman working (alone)and hard kept a smile on her face. She remained pleasant and calm throughout each of their changes and completed a very long appt with the customers. While myself & others were waiting. Still smiling she handled my order, pleasantly and efficiently, as she still handled phone calls and customer queries. I feel like she deserves a BIG BONUS!! This was before noon and I know she was not taking lunch to accommodate customers! #kudos

Latoya was a huge help right before the holidays by saving me from having to buy new frames.One side was pretty loose and the other side was stiff and didn't want to bend down. She did an amazing job fixing both issues. She was also just a delightful and friendly person. I would highly recommend seeing her for any eye care issues. Thanks again

Really good experience here. Staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy, and they made picking frames easy. Glasses came in fast and everything looks great. Would definitely come back.

Latoya was not only competent in her advice to my wife, she was a delight to work with. While Latoya was working with her on some pricey new sun glasses I mentioned my wife's birthday was next week. After my wife decided not to spend the money and went on with her shopping in the main store, Latoya asked me if it was really her birthday? I said yes and she helped me with the sale and found a nice case to put it in. Then her boss AMRO grabbed his wallet, went into the store and returned with a gift bag and wrapping so she could gift wrap it for me...at his expense. He demonstrated customer service to the max in front of his staff. Meanwhile AMRO helped me purchase progressive glasses and sunglasses. He helped me apply my insurance benefits to maximize savings. Then explained the value I was getting relative to the quote I received at Walmart. The entire experience was beyond my imagination. I drove an hour to the store because we relocated to a city without a Target Vision Center...and I will gladly dive the hour the next time we need glasses. Thanks for a story I will share with my friends!

Latoya was fantastic! She gave me honest feedback about the glasses styles that I was trying on. She really made me feel like she was personally invested in making sure that I looked good in my glasses and was happy with them.
