Apparently if you go to a different doctor there for one appointment (because of scheduling conflicts) you can never switch back to your original doctor. I literally don't understand that policy at all, and did not like the new eye doctor I saw, so wanted to switch back to my original provider. Not only could I not switch back to her, they wouldn't even let me switch to any of their other providers.

I had lasic surgery which turned out fantastic but then I ordered my glasses on April 10 it is now June 3 and I still do not have them coming up with many excuses they told me I would have them by 24 April I had to go to eye mart express to get a pair of glasses Because I was going on vacation in May i've called them many times and to top it all off the year warranty you have on them told me they will start from the time I ordered them I told him hell no it has to start from the day I pick them up they've already wasted two months of my warranty
