Very very poor help. They told me I have glaucoma, put me on drops, made a follow up appointment, got there and they did not have it down. I had a text showing the the appointment and told what I had was not a confirmation even though it was a confirmation of what they would be doing that day, she then said I don't need to be there and to come back in a year, I explained I was diagnosed with glaucoma 6 months ago and she continued to say you don't need to be here for a year, I asked then how do we know the drops are working, she says well don't worry. Then I said maybe I should go elsewhere and she said fine, I can give you your records. Did not try to help At all, after that I called around to other doctors and was told you should come back every 3-4 months. Called back for the manager or to talk to the doctor and told can't talk to doctor. Well his front office staff admitted that they don't know anything and would talk to the doctor and get back to me by tomorrow night. Didn't seem concerned at all. I hope the doctor knows he is losing patients because of his help in the front. Every question I had they could not answer or even when I was standing in their office she never offered to talk with the doctor. They really don't care about the patient!

Dr. Jason Varner was very thorough in his exam and carefully listened to my history. His equipment for examining all facets of my eyes was modern and current tech. I am a new patient recently having moved to WI after having had the same optometrist for 30 years. It was with trepidation that I went to my first visit; I am relieved I chose Dr. Jason Varner. He carefully explained everything, offered options, and provided advice as to future concerns as I face my 65th birthday. He took as much time as necessary, never rushing me through any part of the exam or my complicated medical history, spending more time with me than the typical appointment for a checkup. His staff was very pleasant, dealt with the insurance directly, and assisted in choosing frames with the best options for my needs, providing me with detailed prices on different features for my lenses. I am very pleased. Dr. Varner (and his office) is a "keeper".

I usually hate these kind of appointments but Jackie helped me have a great experience from beginning to end here. As I arrived she greeted me & set the right expectation for how the appointment would go, what she needed from me as she walked me through some paper work I didn't understand & led me to the doctor. After I was done with the Dr she took her time & found the best fit for a frame I felt confident it & reassured me I made the right choice coming here thanks to her assistance, professionalism & product knowledge. I'm a little suprised this clinic wouldn't have 5 star reviews across the board. Dr. Jason Varner is a fantastic optometrist. Not only does he have great clinical skills, but also fantastic communication skills. The customary fee schedule for uninsured patients is also extremely reasonable. Unlike the traditional run of the mill franchise, Dr. Varner and Dr. Tran started this clinic from the ground up. Therefore, you can expect excellent customer service, visits that do not feel rushed, and consistency in the provider you are building a relationship with to further ensure accurate prescriptions. I am looking forward to continuing my routine eye care with Dr. Varner even though my permanent residence is now in Florida.

Dr. Tran is an outstanding optometrist! She takes the time to get to know you and listens to your concerns, and offers solutions for your eye care. You do not feel rushed or uncomfortable during any appointments. I have ordered contacts and glasses a few times and they always arrive sooner that estimated. Office hours are convenient and they do have some weekend hours. (Edit 8/24/23): I've had lasik for a couple years now, but still go to Brookfield Vision Center for routine check-up's. After several years of eye appointments, I can confirm that this clinic is top tier! I've had the majority of my appointments with Dr. Varner lately, and can easily say he is outstanding! Dr. Varner has a very positive and energetic attitude! He listens to concerns, and he takes the time to answer any questions clearly and understandably! Overall Dr. Tran and Dr. Varner are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond the call of duty with each patient, and they are a pleasure to visit! The support staff are also excellent, they take the time to explain any billing or other paperwork questions/concerns, and also follow-up on any questions, appoitment reminders, etc.

The staff is friendly and warm. Both doctors are great, excellent interaction with the client. Very inviting and conversational. Always updating equipment to stay up with technology. My contact fittings have been very accurate and always willing to help find a solution. I trust both doctors with helping me see better.
