I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Brandt within days of calling. First time patient. Front desk was very friendly. Dr. Brandt & her associate did a very thorough examination. Found out I have cataracts & floaters which was not found in my last exam at a "discount" eye place. She was very friendly, professional and informative. Was fitted with new frames and lenses by a very nice young man,, which were ready in less than a week, at a reasonable price, too! All in all, a very pleasant experience and will be seeing them on a regular basis from now on. Highly recommend.!

I can't say enough good things about Drs. Roy and Associates. After having not a great experience elsewhere it was a breath of fresh air coming here for my son's first glasses. Everybody was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable helping us every step of the way pick out exactly what we wanted for his glasses. They were great at communicating and informing us on the products so we knew exactly what we were ordering. Everything was quick and easy! We won't go anywhere else, highly recommend!

Love Roy & Associates! When your rambunctious child needs glasses at 4 yo, expect a lot of broken frames. Everyone here has been so helpful in making sure the ones we buy have a warranty and then making the replacement process SO easy so she is missing her glasses a minimal amount of time. They've done quickie repairs and adjustments for us at no charge whenever possible. They're also excellent at working with kids, even those too young to cooperate with the standard tests and processes. Every team member is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about anything and everything vision related. Our whole family goes here and we won't go anywhere else. They're the best!
