Easily one of the best optometrist visits I have had. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They were also so accommodating as well! Doctor was awesome kind, fast, and accurate. The other lovely ladies working in the office were also epic. Everyone was so kind it was crazy! Would easily go back. They turned not great day around for me. Highly recommend!

I have tried for over 8 months to work with Pearl Vision on an issue I'm having with both my sunglasses and regular pair. To begin I had the exam and albeit my eyesight wasn't terrible a pair with the readers and then for driving was helpful. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and regular both with the readers on the bottom l, fading into normal and n distance on top for driving. When I first got them I became a bit sick to my stomach so the store said wear them for short periods of time until you get used to them. A month later I went in and said I didn't think the script was right and maybe that's why I was getting nauseous. They said they would leave a message for the ophthalmologist to call me. I never heard anything. Several weeks later I called in to inquire again and they apologized and said they would have someone call me back. Again nothing. I went in a month later or so... My schedule with four children and work is a bit busy so I don't have a lot of free time to drive 45 minutes one way in hopes of having someone work with me. That said they took A look at the glasses and said that they don't fit on my face correctly and that is likely why the script feels incorrect. After almost an hour of waiting in between other clients for them to adjust the arms of the glasses to fit my face they still were not. They suggested I leave them there and they would call me when they were finished. Came back in to pick them up and they were worse fitting than what they originally were. Gentlemen behind the counter told me that they should've never sold the sunglasses nor regular glasses to me because the arms were simply too long for my face and he wasn't sure if they would be able to be adjusted. Please keep in mind I paid almost $800 for both of these. I left them there again. When I came back to pick them up they were both so Conte That they wouldn't even sit on my face anymore. I am beyond frustrated. Keep in mind that I have tried to contact corporate and ask for assistance throughout this entire process of which I never Received a response via email, phone nor to an online complaint. I'm hoping that someone at their company will care enough to reach out and fix this problem. If not, social media is likely my only option so no one else gets ripped off.

Dr Goetsch was very attentive and spent extra time to make sure my questions were answered. His assistant Twila was equally as kind. Really enjoyed my visit.

The staff and Dr. Goetsch were extremely efficient and friendly. Very easy to schedule appointment on line and all services were provided in a professional manner.

I was welcomed the second I walked in the door and was promptly checked in by the front desk. I filled out appropriate paperwork and then did my exam with Dr. Jeremy. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and personable. Abigail helped me pick out glasses, and I cannot describe how amazing she was. When my favorite frames were over $400, she spent so much time with me trying to find something that was as fashionable and comfortable within my price range. Not only was she helping me, but she was assisting an absolute nightmare of a customer at the same time, while checking out multiple clients/patients throughout my visit. She is EXCELLENT at her job and made me feel comfortable and confident. She warned me that the glasses would take at least a few weeks to arrive, but they came today, even earlier than expected! I can't wait to pick them up.

Terrible customer service. The lenses I got was not constructed well and one of the layers is peeling off. I went to their shop and they told me they would replace my lenses free as it was under warranty and I also had additional insurance protection. I was told they would give my lenses in less than 3 weeks. 1.5 months later and after several follow up, they are now telling I need to pay $25 as co pay and it will take another 3 weeks. I am really upset with their service. They NEVER call back. The manager also said I can take the business else where. I WILL.

Staff is always friendly. This is my second eye exam at this location and I will return because I feel that their optometrist, Jeremy Goetsch, is one of the best (knowledgeable and accurate) and most personable eye specialists to do my exams.

Dr. Jeremy is the best optometrist I've ever been to. Will go above and beyond in his examination and explanation. He helped me through an acute onset eye disease and made sure I had the resources I needed to manage it all the way through the healing process. I will be a patient of his as long as I'm anywhere near his office!
