Amazing service; I'd completely recommend it after my first visit today. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and professional through all steps of the process, from the technicians to Dr. Melchert himself, who genuinely took his time talking to me. I've never had such a thorough eye exam before; it was extremely comprehensive. It definitely made me feel like the mission statement of the practice was genuine: they actually cared about my vision and health. I've gone to optometrists at national chains before. Never again. The experience was that much better, and I felt that much more valued as a customer and person. Dr. Melchert has my business until he retires or I move too far to return. The glasses selection was also very fun, with unique options I'd never seen offered elsewhere, as well as your high end and standard fare.

Dr. Melchert was recommended by a friend that has been very satisfied for 17 years. I had just seen a optimitrist and was not trusting the script they wrote for me, Thank Goodness i went to Dr. Melchert for another exam. Completely a different experience, very Thorough and professional. He even took the time to show me my original prescription that i liked but it was few years old. Then he showed me the prescription i showed him that a different Doctor had just given me days before which was terrible and then he showed me the new prescription from the exam he just performed, night and day! I was very pleased with all the staff that helped me.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Melchert for over 17 years. He is a very thorough, professional person with a strong Christian faith. His staff is kind, knowledgeable and always willing to help. The office is very relaxing. We feel blessed to have found him.
