I want to be very clear: Jenna was the only bright spot in this experience. She was patient, professional, and genuinely tried to help despite the circumstances. Her customer service was the only reason this situation didn't feel like a complete loss.
Unfortunately, Josie was the opposite. Her service was unacceptable--full of excuses, a nonchalant attitude, and an overall vibe that she didn't want to be there or value our time. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with someone who seemed disengaged and dismissive from start to finish.
To make matters worse, we arrived 30 minutes early for our appointment, yet still ended up having over an hour of our time wasted. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no respect for scheduling.
This experience could have gone very differently if everyone approached their role with the level of professionalism Jenna showed. Management should seriously address the inconsistency in service, because one good employee shouldn't have to compensate for another's lack of effort.

Dear Stanton Optical Team,
I recently received my new glasses from Stanton Optical and started wearing them on Saturday, January 10, 2026. However, I am having difficulty seeing clearly at a far distance with these glasses
I spoke with Charmaine at your Brookfield, Wisconsin location on Sunday January 11, 2025 and explained my situation. I also shared my previous prescription from another optical provider for reference.
When I return my glasses, I hope adjustments can be made to ensure they accommodate my vision needs properly.
Fast, efficient and courteous. They fixed my glasses in minutes. Very pleased. Thank you.
I am very upset with my order and cancelled it after two weeks as it was passed the estimated delivery time no one contacted me about the delay, I had to call twice to follow up and now they needed another two weeks and who knows after that so I CANCELLED MY PRESCRIPTION GLASSES ORDER AND NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THIS PLACE.
They charge you full payment on the spot, kept my money for weeks and still needed more time they should refund money with interest to their customers who they can't deliver on time.
If I could give NEGATIVE 5 STARS I would. My appointment was scheduled for 9:15 today. I got there at 9am to a pitch black building. By 9:40 they still weren't open. I contacted the customer service number that was provided online and they couldn't reach anyone either. Very UNPROFESSIONAL especially considering I wasn't the only customer outside waiting in the cold.
Great customer service , my previous glasses were falling apart I left that day with a pair of glasses. Employees were very kind and professional. I was seen as soon as I got there. 10/10 would recommend.
I read negative reviews about this store's customer service. However, I had a good first time experience here. My store rep was Ms. Destiny. Ms. Destiny was knowledgeable, professional, and patient with me, especially when it came to me selecting my glasses. I was pleased with the pricing. Also, the store was nice and clean. Keep up the good work.
Hiro, the sales associate at store #300, was incredibly helpful in figuring out the issue with my mother's glasses. She was professional and empathetic to our situation. We received the transparency and information needed to address my mother's needs regarding an adjustment fix, and we weren't even current customers. She is the best! Thank you!
