3:00 pm, 1/21/26, due to your high Review rating of 4.9 is what inspired my call to the office. I called, and the receptionist's voice was less than ethusiastic, and she did not convey warm and welcoming. Maybe she's having an off day, but nevertheless, we the potential patient deserve better. Why do deserve better? We're all afraid and scared, and comfort is what we require, and not indifference. Disappointed in Tosa

I've been seeing Dr. Holtebeck for a little over 3 years, and am very impressed with both him and his office staff. I'm obviously impressed with his medical skills, but even more with his communication skills. He makes sure the patient is comfortable with everything discussed before closing out the appointment. Appointments are handled promptly. I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. His staff is also well trained and friendly. I recently had cataract surgery, and the process the team had made things simple for me, from providing a combo eye drop to giving me a checklist for each day. The facility use for the surgery, Envison (reviewed separately), is also impressive. Don't hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Holtebeck and the amazing team he has assembled.
