Wisconsin Vision

Recently I had to order my glasses for first time in my life. I had no knowledge about what exactly I needed and what to consider when I needed them. I visited few places last few weeks and I haven't decided on any glasses. I went to Wisconsin Vision in Brookfield and found nice frames. Further on I was helped by JENNI and she provided excellent customer service and great salesman skills! I have had very pleasant experience throughout the process and received my glasses in pristine condition and as scheduled! Great job JENNI. Five stars!

I highly recommend Milwaukee Vision at the Brookfield Corners. They have a great selection of all regular and designer frames from Rayban to Gucci and Prada. The staff is highly qualified, and handles the multi-tasking that often comes with a practice that includes walk in business as well as professional docter appointments. My FSA limited purpose charges went through my Wex program without a glitch so the benefits companies recognize the charges coming thru. It is right across the street from Sendaks and LLBean and the corner so very happy place.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My eye exam was thorough and professional, and they had a great selection of frames to choose from. Wonderful experience overall!

Usually go to the WV in Shorewood - they've been great for years. I tried this place because it's closer to home. Wowza - the customer service is lacking. The attendants are rude, & not very thorough. They also bad-mouthed another customer in front of us while the customer was still in the store!! They just talk over you, don't listen, & are extremely unpleasant overall. 2 stars because they delivered the product, I guess. Will be headed back to Shorewood for my next appointment.

This place and I used to be in a committed, long-term relationship. For over five years, they took care of my eyes, renewed my prescriptions, and even re-lensed my beloved frameless glasses without trying to upsell me into something trendy and weird. The optometrist on my recent visit was great too - explained everything clearly and updated my prescription like a pro. Then I met the new management. On this last visit, I brought in the same special frameless glasses I've been using for years, expecting the usual "sure, we can re-lens those." Instead, I got a brand-new "policy" created in real time: they suddenly "don't do" re-lensing existing frames and told me I could either buy a new frame or take my business elsewhere. To make it extra charming, they joked about the brand of my frame with each other right in front of me, as if my glasses were the punchline instead of, you know, my actual medical device. Plot twist: I called other WI Vision locations with the exact same prescription from this visit, and they said, very casually, "Yes, of course, we re-lens existing frames." So apparently this "policy" only exists at this one location in some kind of alternate universe where customer loyalty doesn't matter. So, as invited, I'll gladly take my business "elsewhere" - and I'll be bringing my family's eye exams and eyewear needs with me. If you love your existing frames and prefer not to be strong-armed into buying new ones, maybe let this location be the one thing you *don't* look at.

I have to say the optometrist was very good and thorough. However, the less than average score is with regard to the supporting staff. There's never enough staffed at the same time, I was put on hold for well over 10 minutes until I hung up and I'm promised callbacks which never happen. I've got trial lenses and can't seem to get anyone on the phone. Unacceptable customer service!

Dr. Alcesto and Lindsay F. were extremely thorough, helpful and patient during my eye exam as well as picking out frames. I was very satisfied with my visit and the guidance they provided.

Jenny and Kalli were so helpful! I accidentally bent my frames and while they couldn't fix it completely they did help immensely in getting it as good as it could be. Thank you so much for your assistance!
