Chippewa Valley Eye Clinic

After recent cataract surgery, I had ordered replacement lenses for my favorite eyeglass frames from the Chippewa Valley Eye Clinic Optical store. Unfortunately, I experienced a challenge with the new lenses. They just did not feel as comfortable as I expected. After careful review, the Chippewa Valley Optical support staff recommended I discuss with the Chippewa Valley Eye Clinic team. Although I did not have an appointment and understanding I live 100 miles from the clinic, the clinic staff was able to fit me into their schedule for consultation. After evaluating my concerns and data results from Optician Michael, Dr. Rachael Lyerla advised me a slight change to my lens prescription would most likely improve my comfort level. Thank you to the entire Chippewa Valley Eye Clinic team for their outstanding patient support and care.

I cannot recommend Chippewa Valley Eye Clinic enough! I wish I could give them 500 stars! Kind, caring, compassionate staff from the doctors, people answering the phone to the eye glass shop.Extremely CARING about their patients! All very professional, personable and very knowledgable. Dr Lange and his team were great. Michelle, Dr Lange's assistant, merits special mention. I'm confident they can help me with my eye problems. I got my first wet Mac shot yesterday so I'm on my way! We're lucky to have this team here in the Chippewa Valley. If you have vision problems call them!

Not happy with their practice of multiple repeats of same tests at multiple visits. I feel we are in charge of our health care, and when we expressed our concerns and declined the tests, we were called disruptive and hostile.

I am so glad I found Chippewa Valley Eye Clinic. I was referred by a friend who retired from there. I has a couple of issues with my current contacts (otherwise I've been very happy with the contacts I am using). Primarily I wanted to see if there were better options for me, I also wanted the opinion of professionals. I received some very useful opinions and recommendations that sound like they will fix the issues I had. Each person I encountered was very kind and helpful.

It is very nice and very professional you get a real eye exam with a real doctor not a virtual visit like the mall stores. Quality doctors throughout

I live in Cameron, Wi & drive a bit to receive excellent Dr.'s & great service. I see Dr. Lambert & Dr. Lyeria. Both Dr's are great! Would I recommend to others... absolutely.

My experience was Excellent with the CVEC.I have been going there for many years. They were very accommodating with my Appointment once they knew the urgency of the need. Dr Dahl was great in assessing and explaining-my problem.I Will continue to go there for my eye care and I will recommend them to any friend..
