I had an excellent experience during my eye exam on December 1st. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, the staff was professional, kind, and very attentive. The entire process was smooth, organized, and handled with great care. The doctor explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. I left completely satisfied with the service I received and truly appreciate the team's professionalism and commitment to patient care. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience!

I went to this location as a new patience with setting my appointment up online with being on boarded. I called to confirm month in advance for process of obtaining my insurance information because it has to be looked up via social security. I explained this over the phone and they confirmed they understood. Several days prior to my appointment I confirmed with my health insurance the process as well of when I go to this business of how to look up my insurance in order to be prepared for the on boarding process. I get there and the young receptionist seems frazzled and not giving me their full attention. Then I am asked for my insurance card. I explained to her that I called months in advance and had that conversation with them and with my insurance company that it needs to be looked up in the system via my social security number. She was very rude and said she doesn't know how to do that and that all their insurance people leave at 5:30p. My appointment was at 5:30p and their posted office hours are till 7p. I said well I gave you the information that I was given and I understand you cant look it up but how to we figure out this situation. While I was saying this she interrupted me several different times and I told her I wasn't done talking and I am a new customer. Also while this is going on another employee interrupted me to ask this employee if they knew where the rebate forms where. This had nothing to do with what was going. I stated this isnt how I should be treated. She said back very very rude tone that she needs to talk to so I can know what is going on. I told her I know what is going on and you're very rude and I will not be spoken to this way or treated like this as a new custom. If you don't want my business, not because of my insurance situation but because how im being treated I want the appointment canceled. She looked at me in shock that I would actually cancel the appointment. I canceled and will never go back there. The process of going to a new doctor is hard enough with all the hoops and jumps you have to do with insurance. It shouldn't be made harder with a person being a snot and super rude because they don't know how to list to a customer and how to treat other with respect.

I am reviewing my husband's experience- the doctor was great. but ordering the glasses was a horrible experience he was there for 2-3 hours they had to keep remeasuring his eyes and then when he got his glasses, they were not what he ordered. The frame was correct but he asked for progressive lenses and they do not seem like progressive lenses to him and he asked for transition lenses and did not get those either - he went back in January but was so upset by his experience he did not want to go back to exchange them. The staff seemed annoyed at having to help him. He now uses them as temporary readers. Will not be going back again.

ATTENTION INTROVERTS: The perfect experience! So, this is a bit of a unique review because I've literally NEVER BEEN IN THE STORE which is actually fabulous! I called to ask for information about ordering contacts through them several years ago. They checked my insurance and accepted it, which helps the cost significantly. I was able to email them a prescription and then it was just a quick conversation on the phone, a credit card to cover the balance, and voila! Contacts in less than two weeks. EASY! I've done it almost every year since then, which I wanna say is about 4 years. Comparatively, this previous time I ordered through our eye doctor's office at our clinic thinking it would be easier as it was more direct. WRONG. It took FOREVER to get them which wasn't truly their fault because it was a manufacturing shortage at the supplier's end. So, maybe unfair of me but still. Never had any issues with Pearle. Needless to say I'm back and will forever do it this way. Fast and easy ordering, excellent customer service, fast delivery straight to my house. AMAZING. 10/10 Would recommend!

I came in yesterday to order a new pair of glasses and had some trouble with my insurance. Thankfully Lisa and Amanda were there to treat me with some of the BEST customer service I've ever had at an eye wear facility. They were very patient, fun to talk to, and were super chill through the whole process. After about a 20 minute struggle they ended up helping me save over $200 with my insurance and made my time in as smooth as possible. This is the second 5 star review I've given this location specifically and would give them a 10/10 if I could. Thank you guys for your amazing customer service and consistency! This place has a knack for finding honest and hard working people, definitely recommend this place if your looking for eye wear!

I have never had a worse experience at an eye doctor. Ever. Just about everything was a failure at this place for me and my husband. They got my prescription wrong, including trying to give me bifocals. No problem; it happens (though not the bifocal part. I read the "20/20" before reading the tiny print, so I knew I was good there). The doctor never said anything about the retina scan that I paid extra for, which I'm guessing means she didn't know it existed. She seemed genuinely surprised when I said I have no problem with reading. My husband has bifocals, so maybe she was looking at his results from the pre-exam screening? Once I got my glasses, I knew they were wrong, like immediately. The left lens was so blurry that I couldn't see through it, and it made me sick within minutes. They refused to check my prescription, despite me driving in FIVE times, an hour each way, to get help. I ended up driving across the state to the Pearle Vision doctor I saw in the past, and was told that they had way too much astigmatism in my prescription, which is something I questioned one of the many times I brought my glasses in to get them checked. Along the way, I was blown off and treated like I was the one with the problem. Months later, I got an additional bill in the mail, and when I called the store employee said they didn't bill me correctly for the retinal scan that I never received word on. When I called the 800 number to pay the bill, I was told some random story about why I had an additional bill, so they couldn't even get that straight. Seems like a problem that reaches beyond this location. My husband had far fewer problems, which I guess is good. However he spent a mint on expensive lenses because he has a strong prescription and needs bifocals. The lenses that he ordered at the Pearle Vision we used to go to lasted years (covid made us miss a year) without scratching, despite doing work that might damage them. These ones are junk. They started scratching almost immediately when he cleaned them with clean lens cloths. There is no way he got what he paid for, especially since they didn't come with the certificate his old ones came with, and because he doesn't do the work he used to do. Honestly, the cheap ones I order online are better than the ones he got, and they are a fraction of the cost. The only thing that was good about this place was being able to get back-to-back appointments, writhing a few days, on a Saturday, but now I know why that was possible. If, at any point, they had tried to work with me to fix the problem, like every other optometrist office, I wouldn't have written this review. I shouldn't take driving in and calling multiple times, having the old optometrist office call on my behalf, and paying for another eye exam out-of-pocket to get the glasses I paid for to work. We didn't bother calling about my husband's glasses. What would be the point?

I came in yesterday to pick out a new pair of glasses and was welcomed with some of the most hospitable and professional service I've ever gotten from an eye wear facility. Katie was extremely helpful and very patient helping me decide while working with my strong prescription and insurance plan. She really made the process as smooth as possible while giving outstanding customer service. I look forward to coming back in a couple weeks, If you are searching for a facility that has great staff and good deals on prescriptions this is the place to be.

Great, friendly service, and an excellent selection of frames. All the questions I had about lens selections were answered and explained clearly, and all the options were provided. When I picked up my glasses, they were adjusted to fit and more explanation was given since it was my first time wearing bifocals. They did a great job all around!
