Target Optical

The optical shop was extremely helpful. The manager helped me try on a bunch of different styles, had me try on pairs she thought I might like, and her advice was much needed. She also helped me adjust my current glasses from the VA, and went through every detail knowledgeably and professionally when it came to getting an upgrade. I ended up going with a pair of Oakleys and could not be happier! The employees were very friendly and professional. The lady at the desk got every detail down that I asked, and quickly got me 3 quotes. Very happy with her help. She also helped me get a veteran discount! Very very cool. My glasses from the VA don't compare to what I ordered and I once again could not be happier with the help I got today. Knowledgeqble, down to earth and friendly. And the adjustment helped my head not to hurt at the end of the day! Thank you guys!!!

The gentleman there, who I did not catch his name, but according to our receipt his information is (Pascal 327827) did an amazing job and went above and beyond what he needed to do. My wife and I did not realize when Target Optical closed but Pascal helped us right out even though it was 20 minutes to close. He was so thoughtful and thorough with helping my wife and I. Unfortunately, even though it looked as though things would be finished a little after closing and he would be able to catch his ride home, it did not work out that way because of some slight technical issues and because he wanted to make sure that we were provided the best service and products. I tell you, as a healthcare professional, this is absolutely 100% above and beyond what we look for and ask for when it comes to patient care. Pascal is definitely the kind of person that I would love to have on my department teams at work. Any organization/company that has him as an employee should value the service he provides because he demonstrates the importance and excellence in skills of customer service. A++ for this gentleman! As for him missing his ride, we made sure to give him a ride home because it was the least we could do. He informed me that his last day with Target Optical is January 12th, 2026 and my wife and I both hope we will be able to see him again before he leaves and to let him know how truly grateful we are for everything he did. The McKee Road Fitchburg, Wisconsin Target Optical definitely does have a great team of people working there and Pascal I would have to say is one of the best. I wish him well and hope he is successful with any of his future endeavors.

The employees are so knowledgeable and efficient and patient!!!! The doc was also very knowledgeable and friendly. It was the best experience I've ever had dealing with customer service. The selection of frames is great and up to date. I will be going here for glasses from now on! Thank you to the Employees of target optical on McKee rd.

Pascal was very attentive to my needs as soon as I walked in! He was professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all the lens add-ons/protections. He ensured I got the best deal with my insurance as well. I would recommend Pascal for all your future eye prescription needs! Thank you again!!

Wasn't even planning on shopping the other day. Just stopped in looking for a glasses repair kit. The Hannah was so knowledgeable about the cause of my issue. They ended up fixing my glasses for me! I decided to get a pair of sunglasses before I left. Pascal really knew what they were doing. I felt like they were listening to me. That they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place! A shoutout to Jackie. She made me feel welcome while I was there.

Pascal was super helpful explaining the different lens options and how I can apply my FSA and the warranty on my glasses to boost my savings in the future. Great staff who will help you get glasses for a good deal.

I've been a patient at Target Optical for the past two years and have generally had good experiences. However, my most recent visit was disappointing and frustrating. I went in for my annual eye exam and expressed interest in trying contact lenses. The staff helped determine which lenses would be the best fit, and I returned for a contact lens training session, which went smoothly. After the class, I asked to finalize my contact lens prescription, but was informed the doctor was not available and that I should call back during the week. I followed up as instructed, but was told the doctor was busy and would return my call. I waited two days with no response. I called again and was told the prescription would be emailed to me within a few hours--unfortunately, that didn't happen. I called once more and was told to allow a few more days. After my fourth or fifth attempt, I finally asked if picking it up in person would be quicker, and they confirmed it would be. I don't understand why this wasn't suggested from the start. What should have been a straightforward process turned into almost two weeks of follow-ups, which was especially frustrating given my demanding schedule working two jobs. While I usually don't leave negative reviews, I feel it's important to share this experience for others who value timely and efficient service. I hope Target Optical can improve their communication and follow-through in the future.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted and promptly taken care of. Both the doctor and the technician were extremely professional, patient, and kind. I didn't feel rushed at all.
