0 stars if I could! I made an appointment for an eye exam on the phone. I told them that I was a new patient with no insurance. They said it would be $110. It was higher than everybody else but they said that they had an opening on Monday. I go there for the appointment and they said that new patient exams are $210. I said that you told me on the phone it would be $110. They said sorry it's $210. I said cancel my appointment and walk out. Called Vision works in West Bend and got an appointment this Thursday for new patient eye exam for $69.

We had such a great experience at Family Focus! My little guy is very unsure of people much less doctors and they worked so well with him. There were a couple tears at first but they went away quickly. The way Dr. Grant and the staff made him feel comfortable was awesome and they were able to get what they needed to figure out he will need corrective lenses. I would highly recommend them.
