Wisconsin Vision

The staff was friendly, fast and knowledgeable during my visit. All my questions and comments were heard and addressed. Not to mention the wide selection of glasses (plastic or wire). Thank you Wisconsin Vision and thank you Ruth for your excellent service and support.

I had a great experience at Wisconsin Vision (459c WI-23, Fond du Lac, WI). Carter was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He took the time to make sure my new eyeglasses were adjusted perfectly and fit just right. I would honestly recommend anyone stopping in to ask for Carter -- he made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly satisfied with the service and my new glasses!

Andrea was wonderful to work with from start to finish. I asked for a very unique style of lens, one of which the company had never created before. The company was able to create this lens for me and they turned out perfect. The company also donated these lenses to me as a test. The lenses work great and they are exactly what I wanted. Thank you to Andrea and all the staff that made this possible at Wisconsin Vision!!!!

My appointment was wonderful! I had Carter helping me, which was absolutely great. He was super friendly and professional, plus his great taste helped me find the right glasses for me! 100% would go again.

I had a fantastic experience with Ruth and her team!! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile! The staff was very knowledgeable and brought several frames for me to try and helped me pick out a pair, highly recommend!!

I had my first eye exam at wisconsin vision today. I worked with Kyara R. and she did such a great job helping me picking out my new pair of glasses and help me understand this new experience for me! Also Dr Lund is a good doctor.

Not impressed at all. The doctor never introduced himself to me. In fact, he blamed the personnel telling me that I was told by the interviewer at the check in, but I know I was not. As I was paying for my extra testing after the exam, I asked the doctor what his name was. He only gave me his first name and I had to ask to find out his last name, which he then handed me his business card as he told me. I also had to ask to see the results of my eye pressure, which I remembered as I was paying for the testing. I was also being charged for the contact fitting, which the extra cost was never told to me would happen. I refused to pay that part of the bill. These are things I should not have had to ask for (doctor's name and testing results), I felt more as a number than a person., except by the lady who checked me out and collected my payment. I was very unhappy with this experience and I did express this with the clinic personnel, as well as the doctor. During the exam, the doctor insisted that I give him the script for my eyes when I got home by reading the scripts on my contact boxes since he couldn't get it from my former clinic in a timely manner. Why is that! Isn't that why I was there? He should be able to diagnose and figure out the script without any other info from my former clinic. Because of this, I didn't trust the testing and made another appointment with my former clinic immediately. I actually drove straight over there. I'll have to pay for this appointment as the Medicare plan only pays for one appointment per year - I don't care. My eyes are important. I left my former clinic b/c of a glitch on the in network site for my plan, only to find out it is in network after all.

Had an eye exam today at Wisconsin Vision. Kyara did such a great job! She is so nice and really good at her job. Can't wait for my glasses to come!
