My eye exam experience was great. My eye doctor William, I think that is his name, had a great conversation and he explained everything perfectly. The eye specialist were great, especially Reuben. He was awesome. Made me a happy camper because he advised that I had warranty insurance on my glasses in which I was told had expired but it was not. So he saved me alot of money and also he helped me pick out some frames that he thought was perfect for my face structure that I would not have imagined would be a choice. So kudos to them both and also Kevia who initially was my specialist that assisted me too.

Excellent exam, found out why I couldn't see up close. All the staff was very friendly. I want to highlight Constance. She answered all my question regarding my lens order. She said it would be no problem to let me keep wearing my current glasses and just have new lenses put in the frames when the lenses arrived. I am very pleased and look forward to my new lenses arriving.

The location is a short walk from 3 bus routes. I arrived a few minutes late but they still did the exam and glasses fitting. Styles available are fabulous. The staff were nice. Best eye glasses shopping I've had in years.

Sophia was very rude and unfriendly. Sophia didn't verify insurance prior to my arrival. When I called my mom for help, Sophia rudely told me "You'll have to reschedule because we don't have time to wait." There was only one other customer in the store. Sophia knocked my purse down. She didn't apologize for doing so nor did she attempt to grab it. Thankfully, my mom called and Enrique was able to get the insurance information from the system just like my mom said. My exam with the doctor went well. After the exam, Sophia ignored me long enough for Enrique to step in and assist me. My visit was pleasant from that point on.

Other than waiting an hour to be seen after my appointment time. John Schroder was a lovely eye doctor along with the ladies up front. They were all helpful when needed. Will be back for all future appointments and purchases!

Dr. Schroder provided a comfortable and informative exam. I didn't catch their names, but the other staff members were personable and helpful. They answers all my questions and ensured I had a pleasant experience. The store was clean, organized and followed covid safety precautions. I will definitely be back to this location.

Lens Crafters got my prescription wrong and had to go in to have them trouble shoot it. The doctor was trying to rush me the whole time and was getting aggitated when I asked him to let me look at the different lens strenght options again. The support staff similarly seemed to be on a high hourse and showed attitude when I tried to ask questions about my glasses. I would have given them minus 5 stars but unfortunately that isn't an option here. Extremely disappointed in the service.
