They helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that fit both my style and budget. QUEEN was the real MVP today! Came in expecting a regular eye appointment and left feeling like I just went through an episode of Extreme Makeover: Vision Edition. She was professional, patient, and somehow made the whole process actually fun. If you ever need someone who's gonna make sure you see 20/20 and leave smiling, ask for Queen. I had an appointment scheduled here to see an eye doctor and get my prescription renewed so I could order more contacts. When I showed up, they told me the doctor wasn't available that day (I was not contacted in advance about this, and this is the second or third time this has happened to me at this location), and they couldn't access the system to reschedule me but if I called next week, they could reschedule me then. I called today, and was told that actually they no longer have an eye doctor here, so they can't renew my prescription, and also can't order me new contacts. But, if I go somewhere else, and get my prescription renewed there, I can still go back to them to buy contacts then. Obviously, I won't be doing something so inconvenient. The customer service was always terrible here, but somehow it apparently got even worse.
