The staff is very kind and helpful! I was greeted warmly when I arrived. Carrie and Charity were great in guiding me through first exam and insurance process. Charity was very patient and helpful when I was trying to decide which frames to purchase. Their selection is insane!!! So many options! Dr Jeff Christianson was awesome as well. He was so thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly during my exam; so helpful explaining why and which lenses were right for my vision. Just a great experience from beginning to end!!! Highly recommend!

I had been a patient here for several years and always had a wonderful experience here up until recently. I am very disappointed that I wasn't treated well at this place after coming here for so long. I had a 45 minute wait to be seen by my doctor. And when I finally did see him he was very rude and short with me. I felt very uncomfortable during my entire exam.
