Eyeworks Vision & Contact Lens Center

We have been going to Eyeworks in Janesville for the past few years. They have always been friendly and knowledgeable. Their receptionists are always great at helping us navigate our vision insurance and our contacts and glasses come in in a timely manner. While some may argue that their prices are a bit higher then some, I think the value of customer service, thorough examinations and great care far outweigh the cheaper options.

The receptionist laughed at my glasses and said they were too big for my face. I get the most compliments from my glasses and also I love them! I think she was trying to lower my self esteem to get me to buy new ones when it wasn't necessary because my prescription hadn't changed. Also, they won't let me order contacts because I didn't go back in after trying the samples. I want contacts for my wedding. These instructions were never given to me when I picked up the samples. They apparently called me, but never left a message (I work 10-12 hour shifts daily so, no, I won't answer at work) and claim they sent me a post card, but I also didn't get that. So if you like dealing with these kinds of things - you should definitely go here.

I have been going to the Eyeworks for my eye exams, contacts, and glasses for many years. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm always glad they take the time to answer the questions I have, and make the experience a good one. Highly recommend!

Great customer service, top notch staff and reasonable pricing. The team at Eyeworks really cares about their clients and it shows on each visit.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The doctor was very rude and talked down to me during my exam. Talk about customer service. . . Go elsewhere!!
