I normally go to the location in my hometown, but I realized that one of the notepads on my eyeglasses was missing when I got to Janesville after work to do some shopping. Stopped here to get it fixed, and one of the staff replaced both pads and checked the fit. When I asked what I owed, she said it was free with a smile. Nice to see a company that takes care of its customers regardless of where they shop.

Dr. Shepherd chose optometry because she's never forgotten the amazement she felt when she tried on her first pair of glasses at ten years old and was finally able to see the individual leaves on the trees. She values getting to know patients individually and understanding their specific circumstances.
