My PCP referred me. I received a voice mail from these folks asking me to call to setup an appointment. I called and was on hold for 3 minutes. Called again a couple days later and was on hold for over 10 minutes. No one ever answered the phone.

If you do not have insurance or if you are unsure if your insurance covers this company, stay FAR away. They charge significantly above the average rate. Over $500 for a normal eye exam.
There is a common policy of charging individuals significantly more than they charge insurance and well above the actual cost.

Good experience this time! I had gone here before about seven years ago and it was pretty bad. The woman that waited on me refused to answer any questions, literally did not speak the whole time I was looking for glasses and trying them on. I swore I would never go back. And here we are. I have Dean Advantage now and this is the place for glasses. Went to have my eyes examined first and then went to pick out glasses. No complaints with the very nice lady who waited on me. She was very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Totally different experience from the last time. Picked out a lovely pair of glasses and am quite happy.
