I was at the Market Lane Shopko number 4031. I just wanted to say that Rachel and Barb provide excellent customer service. They don't make you feel like they are doing you a favor to help you out. They are knowledgeable, polite, courteous and are able to turn to the page that either myself or the customer is on. Their customer service goes above and beyond what would be expected, and is one of the major reasons I continue to do business with Shopko Optical on Market Place. Art Fonk

I had to request a replacement lens for my eye glasses. Rachel was very informative, polite and friendly. I'll never go anywhere else besides Shopko.

All three techs I dealt with were great! Patient and kind. The doctor, (dr T) forgot his whole name, was very good. Great explanations.

This is a amazing place to go to get your eyes checked everyone is super kind so if I were you I would go here, best place ever and the glasses are awesome and affordable.

I have seen Dr Kiege off and on over several several years. He is very caring with his patients. I bought 3 pair of glasses. Spent over $1400. One pair had the wrong script lens. Had to return. For another lens. Came back with right script and wrong size frame. It was so obvious they were too large. I was told we can fix it. I sat there watching a couple of staff, work on the frames. They wouldn't admit they needed to be returned. I was fed up at that point. I can't wear the glasses. They actually fall off my face. Then I had to ask for a case. They questioned me if I didn't already have a case. I said no, I haven't taken them home. This was the most expensive glasses. These were going to be kept in the car because they have a sunglass pop on lens with them. The second pair was too small. I brought them home, and put together. After wearing them a half hour, I will get a headache that doesn't resolve with 4 ibuprofen. I tried several times adjusting them myself. Yes, tight on ears and side of face. I can't bring myself to go back to them after the other pair. These were to be my everyday pair. So out of 3 pairs I have one delicate pair I can wear. They were the dress pair to wear going out. I don't know if I want to return for the exam only. They don't measure your head for a fit anymore. I am distraught over the amount of money, I saved and spent for them to walk away with cheapest pair only. After waiting weeks to get the third pair, it was over 2 months. So they probably wouldn't take back. I would probably get very verbal, so I decided to go this route, to voice my experience. That is a lot of money spent, for a pair I had planned to wear infrequently.........., Returned with glasses. Barb, Manager called regarding my problem. She asked me to come in and see her and solve the issues. The pair that was too big I went for a different pair and I was going to just return the pair that was too small. She was very nice. She was about done and I was looking around and saw another pair I really like. I tryed on and and asked her if I could exchange for this pair. She was happy to exchange. I apologize and so I got two other pair of glasses. She was very kind to me. So if ever have any issues, please go back. If the girls in shop can't fix, please see Barb. She is very experienced working with the frames and glasses. I will return with confidence I will walk out with good glasses.
