My family has been going to this location for several years now. In the past I have not between extremely impressed with the quality of work here but I feel things sometimes happen and second chances are warranted when the issue is not severe. I believe there was a new hire the one time and another visit I needed an adjustment in my prescription. I believe my son had the same issue at the same time frame. I had scheduled an appointment to be seen in October. I was having issues with my vision at that time. I received a call days before my appointment when they informed me insurance wasn't able to cover until January 2nd. I scheduled for that date at 10am. Then they contacted me days before my appointment again and stated insurance wouldn't cover until the 6th of January so we scheduled for Friday the 9th at 10a. I told her over the phone that it was going to be a tight slot for me as I had something else that morning and that I was having an issue with my right eye. She did not indicate that it would be an issue to be a bit late. I live a good 40 minutes from their office. I arrived at 10:15am. They refused to see me. I contacted my insurance company when I left and found out I was covered as of January 1st. I'm an adult and understand that I was late but they knew that was a possibility when I scheduled for the 3rd time which was unnecessary. Needless to say I'm seeing a different doctor today and will be moving my family to this new clinic. We all wear glasses and contacts.

The BEST customer service in any industry, and especially healthcare. Insurance can get difficult to work with and I always anticipate having to jump through hoops no matter what service/product is needed. WI vision reaches out to the provider and gets everything set quickly and professionally. I continue to be so impressed with the staff and their willingness to help. Many businesses could learn a lot from their customer service.

The two ladies in the front are very rude and off-putting. Not a single greet when I came in or left. Not even a thank you. And dont bring your parents or elders to this place as these two gals are also very impatient. The big, red-headed girl answered my questions very stern while obnoxiously blinking her eyes rapidly. And the other is just sitting there constantly turning her over to us like she has something she wants to say. You work in customer service! GET READY FOR QUESTIONS! Or get a new JOB!

Doctor was half an hour late and then refused to relinquish prescription as stipulated by law. Avoid this place, friendly smiles don't equal good service.

In April, I visited the store in search of glasses, and Sara provided exceptional assistance in helping me choose the perfect pair. I truly value her dedication to meeting my needs during my visit. Brianna, thank you for your feedback as well. Your great service is greatly appreciated. It is important to remember that outstanding customer service should be consistently displayed, not just once. This is what keeps customers coming back to you.

Wonderful experience here. Dr Grady was friendly thorough and knowledgeable. Haili S spent time helping pick out eyewear from their large inventory and was delightful to work with! Other staff showed interest, gave opinions and were professional as well! I highly recommend this business for your eye are needs.

Great overall experience. Ease of setting up an appointment and even with rescheduling they were very accommodating. I felt like the optometrist cared for the overall health of my eyes and the front staff were very friendly. Sarah was amazing and very helpful with picking out the perfect glasses! Highly recommend and will definitely be back next year.
