The pediatric ophthalmology clinic cannot be beat. The techs and doctors are fantastic with kids and very professional. Cheerful receptionists. It's an updated facility and very pleasant environment. There a bright table with coloring books and kids shows on to keep them calm. This is the only ophthalmology clinic I 100% trust for our 2yo.

Got here early 8:30am on a Tuesday morning. Lots of Handicap parking just outside the door. Easy checkin and nice quiet waiting room. Stacy, our nurse, was very nice and understanding. My wife's blood pressure reading was perfect.

Last month in early October I took my friend who is in a wheelchair for retina detachment surgery with Dr Altaweel in the hospital. I just want to say that the staff there and Dr Altaweel did a great job. Then he had a follow up appointment the next day at the clinic. Staff was amazing here as well. He lives in Dixon Illinois about 150 miles south of Madison. I live in Florida. I flew up to take him to Madison. So we had never been to Madison before and the staff helped us with Google maps to get back on the Interstate. Sorry to say we didn't like driving in Madison. It's very confusing. But the people are very nice.

Doctor is always late. But the staff is very nice. This frustrates me very much. It takes more than one hour to get out of there. I have an appointment for my child at 8 and by the time I am done it was 9.20 . They.call us in and started the visit after 815. We are stock with this clinic.

I met a real man last night who, no joke, accepted nothing less than the best he could do; exercised extreme resourcefulness and patience; stayed late to make sure the pictures of my eye were accurate and representative of the task at hand so that his boss and their team could have the best Advantage going forward! He was able to accomplish all of this being persistent to navigate all facts surrounding the necessity and timeliness of his work and he learned all of that learning to follow by example of his female Mentor, teacher and boss whom he was trying to impress that he really cares about his patience which they share. So if you ever feel alone when you're left with staff just know that there are these hidden Heroes whom they wouldn't leave you alone with them if they didn't have full confidence that they would carry through their efforts by their examples. I've seen great Miracles at this facility for that reason. They show up reliably and they don't give up without great reason. That's how they got to be the number one facility! What shocked me was that both Representatives who stayed late with me were so dedicated and extremely knowledgeable beyond their necessity to even recognize when a hardware update was necessary. We have to remember in the toughest of times this is God's plan, not ours. This facility and their staff members absolutely Embrace this concept and do everything they can to make successful futures for all involved in their expertise. These two were so young, and yet so wise and leading by example! "WE DID IT!" Oh, that was a good feeling! I hope everyone leaves with that confidence in care.

Doctors have all been great. Office staff very kind but had issues with getting scheduled with the correct sub specialist so saw 3 different doctors before seeing the correct one. I had a few issues with follow through from the clinic staff regarding scheduling and paperwork getting lost in the shuffle. I attribute this to the clinic being very busy. It all worked out though and I was able to get in for surgery quite soon once I saw the correct surgeon.

My appointment moved along pretty smoothly. I know that I'm always there for at least two hours & that was the case today. I had field vision & some other tests before I saw my doctor. The eye techs were very professional & nice. My doctor always explains everything very well.

I was welcomed in Registration by a cheerful person with a beautiful attitude. Had a very caring tech that got me checked in and did testing that was needed. I really liked my Dr. She explained everything that I needed to know and how things were going to happen. I would recommend her.
