Definitely recommend! The staff from check-in to follow up is so nice, reassuring, and explains thoroughly. The doctor knew of what was happening in my eye that many ER visits in my teens throughout my 20s and beyond; no one had ever heard of, nor ever offered solution. Because it wasnt life threatening, I just learned to deal with it. I hadnt brought it up in several decades. The doctor looked at my eye and saw the issue without me really needing to explain history. My appt was made for a different issue entirely. Really impressed!

I had a great experience! Everyone was professional and kind. They answered all my questions and took very good care of me. I had a laser procedure that was amazing. I will definitely go back again when necessary.

Growing up at age 10, I was diagnosed with a lazy left eye. For me that meant a left eye that basically never worked. But my right eye did all the work so I got used to that. When I had an injury to my right eye, I was beside myself in fear. There would be no driving a car, no reading and a future of being dependent for the rest of my life. Lucky for me, Dr Neilitz, DO, walked into my life. He and his staff have helped me greatly. My first surgery is done (and yes I was very nervous, so THANK YOU staff members who calmed me down.) I am now looking forward to the next surgery on the left eye. Dr Neilitz and his great team have been positively wonderful and they will always be my team. Thank you for your wonderful care. Absolutely the best eye clinic in Wisconsin... hands down. I would recommend Dr. Neilitz to anyone who feels like they are not being heard or not seeing results. From the moment that I walked into the door, the efficiency of the office staff was impressive! The staff who prepped me with vision tests put me at ease and explained each procedure (which was painless btw). I was impressed with Dr. Thistle's knowledge in her field, her kindness, and how much she has helped me with my vision situation! I am one very grateful patient!
