Good Hope Vision Center: Dana A Webb, OD

Dr. Webb, Optician Nicole Scott, and all of the staff at Good Hope Vision Center are truly the best. We have been seriously impressed with every single interaction, from the friendly front desk staff to the absolutely amazing (seriously amazing) work Nicole does to make sure glasses fit perfectly. Nicole took a pair of my old glasses and somehow magically made them work again. She also performed a miracle on a brand-new pair that I accidentally sat on. She is such a joy to work with, and I never once felt judged for the mistreatment of my glasses (lol). She is also the first--and only--person who has ever taken the time to make sure my glasses fit my face properly so that I can actually see well once they're ordered. Now for Dr. Webb: my husband and I both saw her at the beginning of the year after we moved to Menomonee Falls, and she also saw my son, who has type 1 diabetes and sensory processing disorder. Dr. Webb is absolutely fabulous--thorough, friendly, and incredibly reassuring. She makes you feel completely at ease. She is a truly excellent doctor, detail-oriented and (She found a microscopic piece of plastic lodged in my husband's eye, that someone else missed, and treated it quickly and expertly. Her attention to detail and clinical knowledge have given us confidence in the care we were receiving. The fact that my son is comfortable going back to see her is a huge accomplishment all on its own! Thank you for running such an amazing practice from start to finish.

I had a great experience at Good Hope Vision Center with Dr. Dana A. Webb. She was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Huge thanks to Nichole Scott for helping me pick out and perfectly fit a pair of sunglasses I was a bit skeptical about at first--they're now my favorite pair. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend!

Dr Webb is the best eye doctor I have ever had. Her check ups are more thorough than any other eye check up I have had. I got to her every time. Her office is beautiful too. They have these cute frogs that wear the glasses. I just saw them for the first time and almost fell over laughing. Dr Webb is truly the most caring doctor I have met. I don't know her outside of the office but I'm guessing she is just as wonderful.

UPDATED: Please read my review below and you'll see why I love this place so much. Let me add that I returned last week (a year later), and the service now is every bit as good, if not better. Optician Nicole Scott was more than happy to adjust my new glasses, and did it with an alacrity and expertise I've never seen before. She even had a special tool that I've never seen an optician use. This has got to be the best optical business in all of Wisconsin! Bravo! What a great optometrist, and an excellent optician and optical shop as well! Dr. Dana Webb is a caring and knowledgeable optometrist, who quickly and expertly tested my eyes and wrote me a prescription that seemed nearly miraculous. Miraculous? Yes! I've never worn progressive lenses before, and Dr. Webb wisely recommended them. It didn't take long for me to get used to them. I noticed that seeing equally well at both near and far distances is a tremendous capability I've needed for years. I only wish I had come here sooner. Beyond Dr. Webb's razor-sharp optometry, the equally adept resident optician, Nichole Scott, fitted my glasses to my face. The combination of prescription and frames work so well, I decided to order a pair of sunglasses, too. They are also delightful in their perfection. My vision is now exactly corrected, the frames are comfortable and fit my face, and I've been served by the nicest group of optical professionals I've ever met. Highly recommended!

This review is long overdue. I saw Dr. Webb for the first time at the end of July. I was having issues with my previous prescription for almost 2 years and wanted to find a different eye doctor. I saw how good the reviews were here so I decided to book an appointment. I was greeted by Debbie at reception, she was very nice! I have never had an eye doctor spend time with me the way Dr. Webb did. She was extremely thorough and really cared about getting my prescription right. Nicole is very thorough when fitting glasses and she will be very honest with you if a pair looks right. She takes her time to make sure everything fits appropriately. I convinced my husband to book an appointment and he has also been very impressed by everyone here! We are very happy customers and have recommended Good Hope Vision to several of our friends and family.

I've been in glasses since I was 5, so I've seen a good number of eye doctors through the years. Dr. Webb is by far the most thorough eye doctor I've been to. She was easily able to diagnose and correct issues other doctors struggled with and I finally have a prescription that works perfectly for my many issues. From the exam to picking out frames to selecting the right kind of lenses (it makes a difference!) my experience has been A+ from beginning to end. My entire family now uses Good Hope Vision!

Dr Webb, Debbie & Nichole are phenomenal. Dr Webb is so thorough. She listens to your concerns. Debbie is a delight each and every time I come in. Nichole is sharp as a tack and knows what you're looking for in glasses. She pays attention to detail and ensures you're thrilled with your new glasses. I visited Good Hope Vision Center two weeks ago for the first time. I felt at ease when I walked in and saw such a beautiful, bright, and clean place with Debbie being so friendly at the front desk. I was pleased with the variety of glasses they had to offer. The optician Nichole did an amazing job and was so "picky" (in a good way ) at getting my glasses to fit just right. She took the time to make sure I had a comfortable fit. I only briefly interacted with Dr. Webb but will definitely transfer my eye exams to her in the future. Thank you again, ladies!
