Wisconsin Vision

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Wisconsin Vision, and I must say, the customer service was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating, making the check-in process seamless and stress-free. Dr. Robert Mathaus, OD was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. He took the time to thoroughly explain my eye health. The entire process felt tailored to my unique needs, making me feel valued and well cared for. Lauren K and rest of the team was equally attentive and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my visit was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, providing prompt assistance and answering any questions I had. Thank you, Wisconsin Vision, for your exceptional service and dedication to your patients. I highly recommend this fantastic practice for all your eye care needs!

Update: I was contacted by Wisconsin Vision regarding my review and they apologized and offered to make things right. I worked with John, the manager at the store and he was very pleasant. He remeasured my lenses and found the progression was indeed off. He is having my lenses remade with the proper measurements and hopefully this will take care of the issue. Thank you, Wisconsin Vision for your response! I came in for a pair of safety glasses as my opthalmologist's office did not carry them. When the glasses came in they did not have the side shields so they needed to reorder them. Once the side shields came in I put them on and realized the lenses were not safety lenses. (safety lenses have a small marking on them in the upper right of the lens and these did not have it) So ....I ordered SAFETY GLASSES and they came without safety lenses or side shields. Oh my! Now after wearing them for a time I've realized that the prescription is incorrect or they did not line up the progression on the lenses properly. I can see distance fine but in order to see properly up close I have to push the glasses up on my face or everything is blurry. The constant strain gives me almost daily headaches. In the future I will find another provider for my safety glasses as Wisconsin Vision can't seem to do it correctly.

We always have a pleasant experience at Wisconsin Vision. Dr. Bob is great, and all of the other staff is so friendly. Arianah took care of us on our last visit. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain our insurance and the different options available to us. Thanks again!

I came here for an eye exam and new glasses. I received no call when the glasses arrived, but was made aware that they were there when I called. When I picked my glasses up, the person helping me didn't really fit them. I told her the glasses were blurry and she said it will take time. After a week I went back in because they were still blurry, then I was told to give it at least two weeks to adjust(Completely untrue). After the glasses were still blurry, I went to a different location to have them looked at, only to find out that the wrong prescription was put into my glasses. The other location had it corrected and reordered for me. After all this, I would have expected an apology from the manager at this location regarding their error. That never happened. When the corrected glasses came in, they were sent to this location. When I came in to get them, the manager was there, but had nothing to say. Only the nice gentleman at the front desk helped me. I believe it's important to acknowledge your errors, make it right, then apologize. I will not be returning this location.

My daughter broke her glasses a week before a big vacation. We were quickly able to schedule an eye exam and order the new glasses within the same week. Although order can take up to 2 weeks, the branch manager, John T., worked with the lab to get her order expedited so my daughter could enjoy her vacation. A big THANK YOU to the whole team.

I was extremely grateful that Dr Mathaus was able to see me immediately for a potential serious issue with my eye. I felt he was very thorough with his examination and I was very happy with the service that I received. I would highly recommend Dr. Mathaus. I came in for an eye exam, and picked out a pair of glasses. When my glasses were ready to pick up, I came in and tried them on, the prescription changed & it was blurry. I told her they felt maybe felt off, and she proceeded to let me know it was "all in my head" and I I needed to take some time getting used to them because they are trying to correct my eyes. I have worn glasses my entire life and know what feels comfortable for me. I attempted to wear these out, and didn't feel safe to drive with them on, I tried to wear them consistently, and it made me feel like my eyes were rolling. I didn't feel heard, and won't be returning in the future.

Every time I go into the store it's always too see the same smiling faces every time. John, Michael, and Felicia are always so kind and knowledgeable! Thank you!
