It was the best experience I've had at the optometrist to date. My appointment was with Dr. Aja Kimrey and team. I was able to make an appointment and be seen promptly. Everyone was able to give me great advice and I felt welcomed as a new patient. I would definitely recommend Isthmus Eye Care - Middleton.

I can't say enough good things about Isthmus Eye Care - Middleton. I recently got a piece of metal in my eye, and the pain made it clear I needed help fast. They were able to get me in in less than two hours -- much quicker than I could have been seen elsewhere -- and that made all the difference. From my very first call with Lynn to my visit with Jonatan and his assistant (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name with everything going on), everyone showed genuine compassion and professionalism. They understood the urgency, took great care of me, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I've been going to Isthmus eyecare for over five years. I see Dr. Jun. He is an interesting guy and he always seems to remember who I am. They have an experienced team and they are very helpful. I've been to other places, and you get which you pay for. If you get glasses from them you will get the service afterwards if you have a problem. I can also say a few years ago I had an eye emergency and they stayed late to help me on short notice. I really appreciated that.

I don't usually provide reviews of the professional services I receive. However..... The very competant, and caring service by optometrist Dr. Connors at Isthmus Eye Care and by James - the optician (eye glass specialist) truly deserves public commendation. Over the years, they have continued to earn my respect for their skilled and personable services and for taking whatever time is necessary to adequately address all of my concerns. They are a Middleton gem!

I was impressed with the care I received at Isthmus Eye Care. It's a bit tricky to find, being tucked into a generic office building, but the interior layout is very nice. The people I met were all top notch professionals, from the receptionist, techs, to the lovely doctor Aja Kimrey herself. The battery of tests was painless but comprehensive. The people were informative and friendly, and the review of my test results was very informative. I am happy to return again next year; it was valuable to me, and I trust their work.

These folks are the best. Quick progress through the machines, back to the chair, they make sure your questions get answered, and I've never had an off prescription. They're responsive to family history and made sure to screen me for things that my relatives got.

Isthmus Eye Care staff is professional, accommodating, and friendly. I was visiting Madison, Wisconsin from Pennsylvania, and I was having an eye emergency. I called, and Lexi, the receptionist, listened to my concerns and got me into an appointment right away with Dr. Koss. Lexi eased my concerns with her friendly demeanor and her willingness to fit me into an appointment. She also communicated with me through text and email. Dr Koss was knowledgeable and thorough. She explained everything I needed to know and to be aware of in the next few days concerning my eye problem. It really eased my mind to know I had such a comprehensive eye exam. Jake, the optician, was caring, friendly, and competent with all of the preliminary eye tests. He also granted my request to copy the pictures of my eye mapping so I could share them with my optometrist back In Pennsylvania. The office was clean and well run. I highly recommend Isthmus Eye Care.
