I felt like I was pushed to purchase items on the higher end, to make higher sales. The tech is dealt was pushy on contacts after repeatedly saying not interested. The different types of lenses was not explained as it was tonight by Lydia and Hanna. Along with that the info I was given was not fully correct and was misleading.I was not pleased with my initial appointment as now im having to have measurements redone and correct the experience that I initially had. This is investment and I want to be ultimately happy, not for the associate to try to sell me the highest priced product to make them look better.

I haven't had my eyes checked in about 20 years, but Tracy made the process quick, easy, and fun. I can't imagine why anybody would go anywhere else in Monroe other than Shopko Optical! I would recommend it to anybody of any age- I saw folks of all different ages come through while I was there and they were all treated with kindness and respect.
