Dr. Josephs is so kind and accommodating. I really appreciate that he always manages to find time to see me when I need. I have had nothing but excellent service from him and his wife since they opened. I cannot recommend them enough. Excellent service. Doctor and staff are all polite, friendly, and helpful. Eye exam was easy, efficient, and thorough. Glasses are very reasonably priced. I had a minor issue with my glasses when they came in and they went above and beyond to help correct that issue and were very accommodating. This is a great place.

The registration and check in process was simple and hassle free. I had a nice (free) caramel coffee waiting for my turn. Dr. Josephs came out smiling in a pair of Chuck Taylor's when he was ready for me. Both him and the front desk were very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was casual and relaxed. When it came to purchasing contacts and frames, there was no pressure to spend outside of your budget. They were most concerned about me leaving comfortable and happy. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a good eye care facility.
