All the complaints listed in the reviews are 100% accurate. And if you have any questions, please know that you will be contacting another country who will just transfer you around and hang up on you. Especially when they bill you for a productt they didn't deliver. Anywhere else. Has got to be better. The actual eye doctor was really cool though

Kyle was excellent for testing my eyes on the various eye machines and Dr. Cook was Great examing my eyes and explaining in detail why I had a floater in my right eye and new prescription for seeing properly. Fantastic Place to go to for eye exams. Carley was very professional and helpful in taking care of me with my frames and Lens. I Highly Recommend MyEyeDr. To see

I am beyond thankful for everything the staff has done for me . My eye dr new Berlin is a place with wonderful staff. They truly do care about people. I have been going to this location for a couple years now and the staff have always been kind. They understand your needs and will do everything to make sure you are happy and walk out with what you need to see the world, because everyone deserve to see properly . I can only say that I am thankful that I found my eye Dr newberlin, it is a beautiful place with beautiful people. God bless this business and every single one of the staff , they change lives because they help people see , and they have changed mine , for that reason I am thankful. I am have been going to this location for many years now and I will continue to go there for many years to come . The woman at the front desk was the most rude customer service I have ever had. The doctor called in sick the day of my appointment and the woman at the front desk said they tried to call me but I never received a message. The woman read off a number and it was not even close. She said give me the correct number so they can contact me and if it changes again I should let them know. This was supposed to be my first appointment so they never had any other number. I told her I would like an appointment around 330 or 4 since I work nearby. She looked at a couple dates and said 530 was the best she could do. I said let me think. She replied if you weren't do picky and would open my availability she could get me in. Doesn't she realize people have to work in order to pay them. I went to another doctor.

100% would recommend! Nice selection of frames. Becky is an absolute gem to work with! Incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough. A true professional in her expertise. Maria is a joy to be around. Willing to go out of her way to be of assistance. This location will not disappoint for any of your needs.

They make you pay in advance for eyewear, however now they want more money after the fact. Not open after 5 and they don't answer the phone before. When you reach someone (Jennifer) they aren't willing to provide documentation. They just read off the charges and demand payment. Sad because the people are nice and eyewear is just fine. Would not recommend. I'm going to decline vision insurance and go back to Visionworks.
