Superb care!! I didn't realize how badly my vision had deteriorated due to cataracts. This surgery brought back the brightness and color to my world that I hadn't even realized was missing. Dr. Oyen provided the steady, caring hand that made it possible and I cannot begin to thank her and the entire staff at SW Eye Center enough. Everything was thoroughly explained in advance and each and every step in the process was handled with genuine care and professionalism. My case presented some complications that Dr. Oyen handled with ease and reassurance--warranted by her extensive experience. I never imagined I'd find such superb professional eye care in my rural area. Thank you, Dr. Oyen, and please pass on my thanks and high regards to your staff.

*Intolerable wait times on three occasions, not because of energencies but because of overbooking. *Poor interaction with patient; sullen, dismissive attitude. *Failure to clearly explain results. I had to ask for her patient notes, where my case was clearly explained. attitude.
