I came in yesterday and everyone was extremely friendly. Emily was the main person I was with, but Maranthony, and I believe the gentleman was named Tim (I apologize if I am incorrect ^^") were all so wonderful! Both Maranthony and Tim (again sorry if wrong name!) were initially there. Extremely welcoming and made my nerves go down immediately when they talked to me. Emily was very knowledgeable as I asked sooooo many questions while we were doing all the imaging and whatnot. The doctors that looked at everything and did the tests were wonderful! Even as we did the eye test and I was asking to have them go back and forth a lot! Everyone was patient, kind, and more than willing to give input on glasses and answer everything I threw at them! There was a lot of giggles, fun, appreciation, AND professionalism. I would highly recommend this place to a lot of people. Especially for a budget-friendly option! I have not yet gotten my glasses, but I will update after I do!
Update: I got my glasses and they fit perfectly, and again everyone was so wonderful ! I believe it only took 3 business days for me to get mine ! Amazing overall experience !

I highly don't recommend going to Walmart vision center because I purchased 700 dollars worth of glasses and sunglasses ans they messed up my prescription and because It was passed the 90 day warranty mark won't fix my glasses. Due to there negligence I now have to go to a different doctor to spend another 7 to 800 dollars of glasses.

I've gone in here a couple time to have my glasses adjusted and they literally mangled my frames. Fortunitly the Dubuque store is not far away and they were able to straighten them out. I'd recommend making the trip to Dubuque if you need any adjustments.

Nope! Ordered trifocal and got bifocal. Had to wait a month to get my glasses. When I did get them the frames were warped as if they were bent when trying to put the lens in. Now they slide down my nose but I don't want to take them back in there in fear of them being worse when I get them back! Unbelievable!

Lately I've been having the most dismal experiences with customer service people and then you have an experience like the one I just encountered in this Walmart and I'm reminded how excellent some people can be and how dismally unqualified others can be. It's hard to staff these retail face-to-face vision center, so Walmart has 14 optometrist rotating on a virtual connection to service people and I'm just here to tell you that you have nothing to be concerned about. I found it more informative than any other exam where they showed me pictures of my retina And the caregivers took time to give me all the details. What's more the customer facing person overlooked a step in sizing my glasses for the distance between my pupils and knowing that I've gone to wait for my car to have the tires rotated she walked across the store and out into the parking lot where I'm waiting in the grass with my dog to do the measurement right there on the spot Can you imagine that from any optical store? What awesome awesome customer care very very impressive person ! Maranthony! I will be talking you up for weeks! You have a gift!!
