Went In and was looking for safety glasses and exam covered by my company vision plan. They said we don't have the glasses I qualified for because they are a certain kind. I asked about upgrading to a different one if I paid the difference ,but they said they didn't know and don't usually work here. They were pretty unwilling to help. Just solidified why I don't use Aurora anymore. Didn't take my info or anything to help me get the information I needed from someone that may actually work there. Terrible service!
