Shopko Optical - River Falls

Shoutout to Lily for helping pick out my frames while I was dilated! Thanks doc for helping me see again! Going back to school to finish my nursing degree and couldn't read anything! Turns out my eyes needed a boost! If you have Badger Care there isn't a ton to choose from but you're covered!! The frames and lenses on my head were completely covered, no copay! Thanks again Lily!

I went to Shopko Optical in River Falls, WI for the first time yesterday and my whole experience was fantastic. Dr. Hanson was so personable and friendly and made me feel very welcomed. Renee was also was very kind and patient in helping me select glasses. I really appreciated that she was able to find me a discount even though my insurance did not cover the visit. The visit definitely felt very small-town friendly, and I would highly recommend them!

I first came to Shopko Optical in River Falls 2 years ago after visiting many of their competitors over the years prior. I will never go anywhere else again. There's many reasons why they've earned my business for ever. From the initial phone contact, to the eye exam, to the glasses choice and fitment, every single employee is nothing less than delightful. Their knowledge and professionalism is unmatched. A perfect example of this was experienced during my visit today. Lily was the associate that helped me order my glasses. When we were done I had her take a look at my sun glasses that I had stepped on and bent rather severely. Without hesitation she said she'd see what she could do with them. Not only did she straighten them perfectly, but she replaced the nose pieces because she noticed they were worn. These were expensive sun glasses that I did not purchase there. She did not charge me and would not accept a tip. This is the kind of service and genuine customer care that is so hard to find nowadays. But not at Shopko River Falls. I look forward to my next visit when my glasses are in. Thanks again, Lily. And all of the other friendly staff that was there today.

What a great experience. Dr Hanson and Lily were wonderful. There were other workers there, who were also amazing, I just don't have their names. Great people, Great service and Great prices.

First time going to Shopko Optical yesterday and they exceeded my expectations. Dr. Hanson took the time to go over all my questions and was very helpful. Vicki Tirrel, (Manager) was so sweet and helped me quote out different options for contacts. Would highly recommend this office to anyone!!

Lily was very helpful in helping me select frames. Dr. Hanson is always great to work with, he makes you feel comfortable & he talks about all your options without being pushy.

Our family of 5 has been going to this Shop-Ko Optical location for more than 25 years. We all Appreciate Dr. Hansons's commitment to our family and our community by staying with Shop-Ko all these years. It has also been nice to have Vicki's constant care too. . As the other staff members have come and gone I'm thankful they all have been chosen so well. Yes, we all would recommend this place to our friends and family. Consistent good quality care seems to be some of their many good attributes.
