I forgot my contacts and glasses for a vacation. I went in and Leo was able to get me a pair of samples to get me through! No charge! If I lived in town, I would support them!

I have glasses from Walmart that were bent and walmart didnt fix them properly. I took them into Leo and he fixed them for me in like 30 seconds with zero charge!

Unfortunately I had to change my review from a five star to 2. I'm not even sure if they deserve that. On my second year there & getting the prescription correct has been a nightmare. They've changed the lenses(progressives) 3 times & they are worse than the first 2. Leo made it clear when I picked up the 3rd replacement lenses I should not return. He was not happy this was costing out of his pocket at this point. I always thought I was paying a lot there. I have insurance that covers part but my balance has always been $300-$400. After going somewhere else I discovered 2 things. First the line for my progressives not on the right spot. It also did not have the correct magnification. Also the frames I choose are not recommended for progressive lenses. I picked out the frames on my own at Badger. I was not told that progressives were not recommended. I get a yearly eye exam & have been many different places. I've been to new clinics with lots of fancy computers doing most of the exam. I've been to medical clinics & everywhere in between. This was the BEST exam I've had in 25 years!! You won't be passed from person to person, machine to machine and you won't be there forever! You will get friendly, knowledgeable folks who know what they're doing and do it very well!! Better yet they make the lenses there. I currently have a frame I love & my lenses have little magnets in that hold a pair of sunglasses. I paid a LOT for the sunglass clip & wanted to keep it. Leo is sending my lenses to Green Bay & they can add the magnets. I'll have them back in 3 days. They took my insurance and made everything so easy. I'm so happy to finally have a good, reliable place for my eye exams. I can not say enough wonderful things about this place. My First visit was a 5 star. I had an exam & didn't need a new prescription. Once I needed new lenses the experience was HORRIBLE.

My experience with Badger Optical was great! I went in on a Thursday and had my glasses by the following Wednesday. Leo was very friendly and helpful. I even bought one of the frames he picked out for me. I will definitely go back again and recommend to everyone. So happy with my new glasses

I broke my glasses and will be vacationing cross country next week and could not find anywhere to get them repaired or replaced. Someone recommended that I see Leo at Badger. Leo was very professional and gave me a few options to remedy my problem but said that he might be able to find a new part in his inventory to fix them until I got back from vacation. He spent several minutes rummaging in his office and made the repair for me. When I asked him what I owed him he refused to accept any payment. His generosity and sincere concern for my situation is greatly appreciated.

Leo at Badger Optical is the best! He gave me his honest opinion and helped me find "the one" when it came to frames. Then, since my schedule is so busy and I've moved out of the area, he made it super easy to simply reorder the frames and had them sent directly to my house! He even made my procrastinating self able to use my yearly benefits with only two days to go. I won't go anyplace else. Thank you Leo and the Badger Optical team! :)
